Omg.... Where to start. I literally just left my eyelash appointment and I'm horrified. I came here…read morebecause my usual lash girl is booked up for the next 2 weeks and my eyelashes were very spotty so I couldn't wait. I came here because it was highly recommended on FB. Wow. Just wow. First she told me she had to take my old lashes off. I was confused but said okay. The stuff she put on my eyelashes broke all of them off and burned like crazy. I said something about it but she said it was because I was used to them being long. No. It burned my lashes off almost down to the skin. So l laid there and let her do my lashes. I could smell the glue and I thought that was strange because I have never smelled it before. After 15 min of laying there she said I was done with a full set. My full sets have always taken over an hour. I sat up and looked in the mirror was immediately horrified. She used all fans on my eyes and glued some to my skin!! The lashes used are not quality at all. They feel like plastic and look like they came from Temu. so now I'm having to contact my lash person and beg her to work me in today to take these atrocities off my face and put new ones on. Also to mention this place was disgustingly dirty.

My daughter recommended this salon as she is a new customer and so glad she did. The owner Jodi, is very personable and conversational. They have the best display of lotions that I have seen at any salon ((even the one that had me as a customer for 6 years) They have reasonable packages that never expire or you can buy by the month. I was shown how to use machine . Tbe decor is very glitzy and very clean. My only suggestion would be to use a fragrance free soap or fragrance free softeners. I put the towel over my face when I tan and it was very strong perfume smell. Im.glad the towels are clean smelling but for someone sensitive to fragrances could find it uncomfortable they use the towel for that purpose. Otherwise very happy with my visit and will return as I purchased a package.

Got stood up on my WEDDING DAY! No communication, no warning. Was left on "read" through DM's and…read morephone calls ignored. It wasn't until 30 mins AFTER the scheduled time, was when I finally heard back that she accidentally overbooked that day. She wanted to reschedule THREE hours later, in which I could not afford to spare any time considering I had a photo shoot scheduled before my ceremony and the time allotted for completion would have taken 2 hours. She said she would come to the venue, but I didn't not have access to the venue by the time SHE would be ready. I also didn't want my makeup and hair rushed. I even offered to come to her, so she would at least take her time, but got ghosted. (And at this point I wouldn't even trust that she would show up on the second scheduled time) So on my WEDDING DAY, I had to use whatever makeup I had and my own hair tools. If she would have communicated and wanted to cancel I would've found a backup plan, but that opportunity was not given. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this has to be known. Your trial may be successful, but when it counts she will not show up on your event day. I would assume it was because it was just me, and maybe she took on a bigger party. Which once again if that was communicated I would've found a plan b. Very unprofessional and unacceptable and would not want any other bride going through this.

Natalia did my makeup for my baby shower and it was beautiful . I still looked like myself but enhanced. She was very sweet and patient with me. I booked her and my mom for my maternity shoot. Again she did an excellent job and recognised that the makeup had to pop more due to pictures professionally being taken . She was very patient with my mom and I and again I loved that she made us look like ourselves but enhanced the makeup room is nicely decorated and cute and the vibe is complete with music she plays in the background. I will definitely return for any makeup needs.
