IF I COULD GIVE A - RATING I WOULD. I went here and bought a Z bar vape which is an e-cigarette. I walked out the door like you're supposed to after you buy it. There's not one sign in the store that says test your vape before you walk out because if it does not work, you cannot return it.. I walked out the store opened my vape. It did not work. I went back in. She refused to EXCHANGE because it's illegal because it's like a drug which is a lie. It's a vape.. I wasn't out the store for a minute before I came back in to exchange it and she refused to exchange for a working one. She told me just buy another one. It's only five dollars after I just donated blood because I lost my job in March. I donated to feed my kids. She's telling me it's only five dollars. They robbed me and I am furious. I went there bought a new vape. I used it for less than a week and it is not working at all. will not charge or really do anything. i took it back there after i couldn't get any support from the Chinese company they get the vapes from, they told me basically too bad they don't do returns. STAY AWAY FROM ANY "SMOK" products !!! they will do nothing as they are in china and no way to contact them. when you try to use their app it keeps telling you to restart your phone. By far the best vape shop around! I recently moved further from this shop and have been to so many new shops recently trying to to find one closer to me that compares and none even come close! This place has a great selection of accessories and tons of amazing juices to choose from both theirs and other brands and the prices are just unbeatable! I understand that Covid is a matter to be taken seriously, however I also know that customer service is of high priority too. I went into Blue Dragon Vapor shop so I could use the restroom... yet when I asked the manager he mentioned it was for customers. I asked what the cheapest thing to buy was and offered to take off my mask so they could see my face (which was a thing at another store I went to previously). He said no and was being quite rude when showing me the vape pens. I then offered to buy one but then he said that the restrooms were not open to any customers because of Covid. I was fairly mad. The employee that was nearby mentioned 3 other places nearby that had open restrooms. I left unhappy because of the stuck up attitude I received from the manager but was glad that his employee at least gave me nearby places to go. Overall I do not plan on going back. I was looking forward to trying out a pen too because I have never tried one out. But now I will take my business elsewhere when it comes to buying vape pens. read more

Been there at least 5 times and they are nearly always out of accessories for the Cal-Burn vape which I really liked. So they lost out again on me buying more juice as well as more cartridges (I had them put the juice back and they lost yet another sale)! Extremely annoying and terrible way to do business, since they don't adequately stock the accessories for the items they sell. The next vape place was 20 miles away. Went in today and was greeted by one of the workers. Great customer service. Told him I wanted to sample some flavors and what kind I usually enjoy. They had a mod for me to use and brand new disposable drip tips ready to go as well. The tester tanks are not cheap either! Tried quite a few flavors and honestly can say though they weren't all for me, not a single one was bad. Ended up deciding on Icy Blue Razz and CTC (Cinnamon toast crunch). Both are great. Only 38 for 240mls of juice? It's a steal. Only thing I have noticed is the juice seems to be a little thin to be an 80 VG blend, though it doesn't taste harsh like it has a lot of PG either, so this may be due to something else in the juice, truly not sure but doesn't seem to be a problem yet. You can also order in advance for higher VG ratio juice. I may try this in the future. I'm going to be coming more often to try some more juice. Ill keep this review updated as time goes. Also the inside of this place is awesome as well. Clean and HUGE. Well staffed. One last note if you do stop in here leave a review! They need more. read more

Horrible place. They will not stand behind the product they sell. Smok x priv. Was purchased. Day later stops working. Went back. They stated some bs law about tobacco products and they can't do any thing about it. Technically it just a battery. So they try to sell yet another one to me. Went to a few other places that said "you should have came to us first we would have just given you a replacement hassle free". They are nice and polite but they completely rip you off on cool prices I got a box of melo3 coils and they charged $21 and some change which is 6 dollars more than most other local vape shops and 11 dollars more then most online retailers. I would like to see what their profit margin is. The staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable the guy that helped first said they didn't carry melo 3 coils and then while he was looking for a triton coil I had to point out the melo coils to him. Just bought a alien 220 smok box mod. Came home and the screen won't come on. The mod itself looks used. Right after buying the mod I asked the guy if I have an issue with it can they fix it or return it he said no gave me the receipt and I said I don't want it he then pointed out I would have to send it in to have it looked at. Now I understand why the guy was pushing to sell it first instead of answering my questions. Thanks for selling me a broken product. If I could I'd rate it, it would be no stars on quality of the product malfunction , poor customer service, no signs saying no returns other than the receipt. Shawn went above and beyond to not only educate me on important things about vaping but also help me select an affordable, reliable device... they both were so caring for me as their customer that they were very giving too!!!! Yeah, this shop has amazing prices I must admit. Good selection of juices as well. The house juices I've tried are good and very reasonably priced, but after a day or two seems like the flavor just isn't there anymore. The premium juices are much better. I also enjoy that they allow sampling which is nice. The deal breaker is that the customer service is not great, and all the employees seem to be bothered each time I ask to see something, or ask any kind of questions. I would rather pay a little bit more for better customer service and a cleaner environment. read more

I've been going to Blue Dragon exclusively for about a year now and I have never encountered a bad employee or someone who was rude to me.
