The prices are on par with most shops, but the shop is incredibly clean, plenty of space, and in a safe desirable location. This smoke shop really disappointed me. I've been going there for over two years and have never…read moreonce complained or asked for a refund. I called the store to see if they had the Geek Bar flavor Grape B Burst. The lady on the phone said yes, they did. When I arrived, the packaging and coloring were completely different from what I was used to. She told me that the Geek Bar flavor B Burst was the same as Grape B Burst. I believed her because I've always trusted this store, so I took her word for it. I tried it in the store, and it wasn't the same flavor. Then I got to my car, hit it a couple more times, and it was disgusting. I only smoke one flavor, just one, and I've only ever bought that one from them. The fact that they didn't trust a loyal customer who's been coming there for years is disappointing. I would have even been fine with a small discount. They tried to offer me a discount if I paid cash for Hydroxy, which they claim was just for me, but they give that same discount to everyone. I buy Hydroxy from them all the time, sometimes even multiple at once. For them to say they've never given me that discount before is ridiculous. Please don't go to this place. GO TO SKY HIGH SMOKE SHOP instead, their biggest competitor, and they're way cheaper too. I have attached image down below , feeling stupid as hell for trusting them. These two flavors don't look alike at all, bro. I was really on the spot and I didn't want the lady to feel like I didn't trust her. Now I feel dumb as hell for trusting you honestly just be fucking honest nobody needs your opinion next time, excuse my language. I'm a little upset right now, girlie.
