Super sweet and helpful. the owners are amazing! I tried a different flavor and ended up not liking it and the owners were sweet enough to trade it out for another one. Tried to give me a drink on the house but i declined the offer. Def reccomend this spot! read more

Overpriced low quality glass. A few local artist featured but all the work is dated and overpriced. I wouldn't go back if you payed me! The toothless dude at the front counter was acting like an ass hat asking me "if I wasn't going to buy anything why was I there?" I had full intention on making a purchase untill I had seen the prices and had that unsavory interaction with your staff! You guys are new in town and I expected at least a good customer interaction .Go Somewhere Else! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

Their prices are insane. They must have raised them since business probably isn't great. I went in for awhile when their disposable vapes were a decent price but went in for the last time and they had more than doubled their prices for the same product.. I can get them online cheaper. read more

Very disappointing first I thought I had found a decent store and now I'm just really kind of disgusted.

OK, I've been here three times now spent 1 to 2 hours each time and so far haven't bought anything…read more Number one make sure you have a cell phone that you can look things up on Home Depot because that's how you find the prices. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

I RECOMMEND! What a nice shop! I have been there several times in the last year and a half. I just don't understand the rotten reviews for The Higher Cactus....?? Funny how if you look at all the "not recommended" reviews; they are good reviews and it makes no sense that those reviews are not considered! This place is awesome! Why are the good reviews not counted? I love this place! They have a great selection of so many items. I did not find them over priced. I found the people that work there to be very cool and they have interesting information about their products and are all around friendly people (And no one was "toothless" like that one sniveling review said! And none of the owners is named Andreas, so that other review was wrong, as well!). What an awesome glass collection, too! Beautiful!! So many things to look at! I got one of their Grand Opening The Higher Cactus t-shirts - you get a percentage off if you wear it whenever you go in to the shop. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! read more

I stopped in the other day and it was their one year anniversary. Super nice staff and awesome vibes. I was reading the old reviews and thought it was weird why they were so bad ( maybe old staff) but my experience was great. I got a new bowl piece, carb cap and dabber set, plus I also got some really cool terp tacs from 480glass so I got to support a local artist. Great little business that's just starting out! I went here because every other smoke shop was closed around me. Except this place! Open later than everyone else on Fridays and Saturdays. Every day of the week they have deals! Which was really awesome I thought! The staff are super friendly, really nice dudes!
