I paid $18 for a car wash. My car still looks dirty as heck. Absolute rip off. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was monthly contracted. I pay for the top of the line wash. If I use the wash everyday or more the triple actin does not spray. Told staff each of the four times and their explanation ,malfunction. What is the adds it could happen to me so many times unless the system is programmed. Manager canceled my contract. Josh informed me Conrad doesn't own the company. Mmmm. Ask if he bought said no. ok you are a peon, ask for higher up. Walked away. Yelling he is canceling me. 78 and handicapped. Mmm Took me 5 minutes Conrad owns Bluefalls, They sold tire company. Josh doesn't know who signs his checks. Anyone else experiencing this " problem " or manipulation? I like the wash very much until I met Josh and his customer satisfaction. if I could mark lower I would recently got a membership and went to get the car wash well I pull in and put it in neutral following the young kids instructions and I let off the brake after putting it in neutral the machine throws me forward into the back of another car and then the manager comes out and is blaming it all on me I'm like my car was in neutral we pull out lucky there was no damage and then I am walking back to my car my license plate is bent in half I'm like so that was not like that before I went through the car wash they won't replace it and I watched the machine also throw other cars very fast forward and almost hit other cars one other car did hit another one right after me so I know it was the machine manager did nothing about it and also the car wash always leaves stains on my cars paint like it never gets everything theres always missed spots have never been pleased with this place. never go here for a car wash if I could mark worse than 1 star u would and bc it's private property police won't do anything read more

I canceled my membership after one month and they continued to charge my credit card $29.99/month for SEVEN MONTHS. I have tried multiple times to get this resolved. I have spoken with Andre several times who says the manager, Rachel, is contacting corporate to issue the refund. This has been going on FOR WEEKS. Still no refund. There is no corporate number to call. Very poor customer service and response time. I will never use their car wash again. read more

9/7/23 was going to go thru the car wash in Amherst, Oh. Was told my FP# ending in 1525 had been closed on 9/1/23. Sueann was very insistent that I had called and cancelled the membership 9/1/23 when in fact I did not make that call. It appears that somewhere along the line my FP# was given to someone else. I had auto deduction for my membership on a card ending in 6481. The receipt Sueann provided to me had a card ending in 0931. Was also told by Sueann that Jesse would be following up with me on this concern. I took it upon myself to call 855-328-8861 and 216 399-2229 to try and get a resolution but as of this date 10/18/23 have not heard anything from anyone. Just looking for verification as to why my FP# was given to someone else. read more

I just don't understand this place. I can't remember over the past year-plus of going there (I've been a prepaid customer for over 2 years) that the entire place works at once. Today, and for the past week, the tire scrubbing brushes do not extend, and the final spinning drying shams do not spin. They were replaced a few months back, and I have only seen them work once. I frequent this place. 18 plus months ago their vacuums did not work - I was told they would be repaired in a month or so - more than once. Guess what - they still don't work. The motors are missing covers (for months), and while I'm waiting in line I watch people pull into the vacuum spot, get out and get frustrated when they push the button and there is no vacuum. There are at least 2 new car washes in the area. I tried one today. Their vacuums almost pulled the carpet out of my car. The wash was great. I'm going to make the change. If you are considering this place, don't think you're going to get the value or the product they claim to be able to offer you. You won't get the product you're paying for, and when you inquire as to why, it's double talk or lies. What do you call it when you pay for something and consistently don't get it? read more

I've been a member since day one and the wash USED to do a great job. But This place is steadily going down hill. Most of the time the drying shams don't work now and either they are watering down the tire shine or they ain't using any at all. Ive recently cancel my membership and have started a new at the wash in Avon on 611. A few dollars more expensive but it's worth it all their equipment works. read more

Would not recommend this car wash!!! paid 22 dollars which is the top service provided there for a wash. I come out the car is still dirty so when I return I asked to go back through since my car still had bugs on it. So they send me through for the second time and my car comes out looking the same. Come around for the third time to get a refund sent through again and said they will slow it down and the car would be clean this time. I stated I would like a refund if not and they agreed. Again had to come back for the fourth time with the car still dirty. They declined my refund after agreeing and told me that their wash is not designed to get your car completely clean. Terrible customer service/management. Would not recommend for a wash or anything. read more

Wonderful wash every time. Employees are always very prompt and friendly. It's a quick in and out service!

Awesome car wash!!! Easily the best in the county. Not open 24/7 though as it is occupied by a few employees. So this is how it goes...You pull up to the wash selection machine and decide what you want. Enter it, swipe your credit card and then pull around to the wash bay. You are then directed to pull your car onto this yellow track until you're told to stop. Then you put it in neutral and release the brake. The track pulls your car through at a steady consistent pace. I love this because you don't have to time the air dryer at the end. Those stupid things are always tricky to get right at the laser wash. Too fast, no! Too slow! Oh no am I gonna get the back dry too? Crap I'm running out of time, pull through faster. Dang it. I still have 10 seconds left, reverse lol. You get the idea. No more of that with this car wash. It's gentle on your car and does an amazing job. Way better than laser washes and priced about the same and with an added vacuum bonus. Once you're done with your wash you can then pull around to the vacuums for a complimentary do it yourself vacuum service which has no time limit. Love it!!! read more
