The wheel clean made my wheels super shiny. The dryer works really well. I didn't use the vacuums as I cleaned my car not too long ago. When I pulled into the wash bay I was given an air freshener. When I got out to vacuum my car, I noticed the windshield still had bird poop as well as the front of the car had bird poop. When I went the staff to mention this, they said "that must've just happened". In the 100 feet from the end of the car wash exit to the vacuums, it must've just happened. It used to be the old place took and sprayed and scrubbed the front to make sure the hardest hit area from bugs and stuff. Nope, not anymore. I don't recommend their car washes.

I was passing through the area when my maps informed me Valley Laser Wash was nearby. If you don't know this area, it's very easy to drive by the location as it's a little set back on the grounds. It's a self-pay kiosk car wash, meaning there's no attendants there to help. You basically just pop your credit card in the machine, select your wash and self-guide in against the light-up sign instructions. The signs were clear enough to follow even through the physical wash itself. For a self-guided car wash it was a fine experience! No complaints about how it washed my car. I paid for the premium wash (again, my poor car really needed it), and I was happy with the results. The prices seem to be a little under-market too (especially the premium wash), though you'll pay for vacuums. If you're in this industrial part of Northeast Ohio and need a car wash, I definitely recommend this 24 hour laser wash.
