He took it upon himself to make all these changes to my Schedules, Pumps, etc. I would've been better off without Shawn ever showing up at my house. Mostly concerned about being paid! He also assured me that they had a warranty. When I went back to purchase the spa a few days later Mike was not there. The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed.
