I had an appointment to get some pretty decent amount of work done on my teeth and the office mysteriously was temporarily closed with no explanation and no notification. Same thing happened to my husband. We were able to get ahold of someone to find out where we were supposed to go and the guy wasn't very helpful and told us he didn't know yet. I just decided to cancel my appointment and will be finding another dentist.

That being said, their hours of service are not working-person friendly. If you need a crown or some other major work, you will need to take time off from work because they don't have the correct staffing to perform these services after 2PM. I took time off from work for a 2:30 appointment for a permanent crown seating and received a call to reschedule for some excuse (I don't even remember what) but it pushed the appointment out well over a week. As a result my employer is frustrated, I am frustrated, and the person on the other end of the phone is completely oblivious to the fact that not everyone has unlimited time off. I am currently seeking a more user-friendly dentist.

The pain afterward was honestly the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. I called them multiple times trying to get back in to have it fixed, but they couldn't get me in soon enough to actually help me. I ended up having to go to an emergency dentist because the pain was unbearable, and the only option at that point was to pull the tooth. So the permanent crown I had already paid for ended up being completely useless. At first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just an unfortunate accident, because mistakes can happen. But then I went back later for a couple fillings and had another issue, this time with billing. Their billing department told me my insurance still had coverage available and that I wouldn't have to pay a huge amount out of pocket. I paid what they told me at the time, only to later be contacted and told they were wrong and that my insurance had already been maxed out. Now I'm being told I owe almost another $200. If I had known my insurance was already maxed, I would have waited to get the work done until it would actually be covered like 2 months later with the new year.Being given the wrong information and then stuck with the bill later is really frustrating. Between the dental work issue and the billing problems, this has been a very disappointing experience so I got a new dentist this year.

Paperwork was quick and easy, and she was incredibly understanding--especially since I was a little out of it from barely sleeping due to the pain all night and morning. Juan took care of me before I saw Dr. Williams, and he was professional, kind, efficient, and straight to the point. He made sure I was taken care of quickly and comfortably. And Dr. Williams is truly a GEM. I didn't feel a thing when he numbed the area, and before I knew it--he went in, pulled the tooth, and was done. No dragging it out, no unnecessary stress. He was funny, calming, and extremely understanding of how nervous and exhausted I was from the pain. What stood out the most was how effortless the entire experience felt. No chaos. No obstacles. No jumping through hoops. Just done and done. I'm absolutely switching over to this location--it's the service that truly counts. I've had one visit and the people were very friendly. The front desk and getting checked in was a very good experience and she was quite lovely. I felt I got good care although I felt I did need to advocate for myself on a few minor things. I didn't want them polishing my teeth before the hygienist had completed her scaling. It is not a good practice to polish teeth before all the plaque has been removed. They have quite a few staff members that do different things. They have two hygienist and then they have assistance that do the polishing. You can request having one person do the scaling and the polishing, but they can only accommodate that on certain days due to the lack of staffing?? So for my next visit, I will have one person do it all. They were quite accommodating. I think I'm scheduled with a different dentist for my next visit. I think I will see her and see how I like her. She is newer in her career, but I feel I might like to give her a shot. The jury is still out for me. I'll update in 6 months.
