He showed up at the exact time for the bidding process and returned our call quickly when we first contacted him. Don't you hate when contractors tell you that they will finish in a certain amount of time and then suddenly it's 3x longer? Justin and his team worked consecutively in our home for 3.5 days (from 8am-5pm every day) and were finished much sooner than what other companies were telling us. (Keep in mind, those other companies were much higher priced) There was a snag in the project when we discovered a small mold spot in our bathroom, but Justin was happy to remove it, replace the plywood, and cover it with sealant. Additionally, we asked him to move an outlet around the closet he was building and he did it without any hesitation. BONUS Cleanliness: The first day they came, he laid down plastic covering on our carpet because it had just snowed and they knew they could potentially track dirty snow into our house every time they came in and out. When they did finally remove the plastic covering, they vacuumed as best they could to return our house back to normal. He even asked if we had a broom so he could sweep all the sand they tracked in! Friendliness/Approachability: Justin was SUCH an easy guy to work with. He did a great job of explaining the work they did and always made sure to give us informed options when we had decisions to make. Even with the mold and asking for an outlet cover to be added, he never complained or showed any signs of annoyance. Our 3 and 5-year-old daughters even enjoyed talking to him and his guys and share about their days at school. I've never been more impressed when working with a contractor and will continue to choose Justin for any future home projects!!! Give him a call, you absolutely will not regret it.

Steve and Jason came out and did an excellent job in coming up with different options that may work best for our specific situation. Turn around time wasn't overly long and the install was seemless. They also created a set of kitchen island cabinets that matched our existing cabinets spot on. We were overjoyed during the install to see how close they were able to match the existing cabinets. It was an 18,000 dollar job, and it was the WORST presentation of construction I have ever seen, experienced, and had to deal with. I want to state, this is the only negative review I have ever filed on anything, that is how terrible the experience was. STARTING HERE: - My son put a screw in his mouth that was left in the dining room from a window replacement. We rushed him to the e.r. they did nothing, not even apologize. It was simply glossed over. - We found nails in our driveway, popped one tire, nails found in 2 - The caulking on our poorch was very, very messy, - They left dirt footsteps in the house all over, multiple times they were called back to clean it. - One of the men screwed metal into rotting wood, and the nails came right off. The man said that was standard. (Mind you it is very easy to replace that bit of wood.) - We received a Broke window, which was fixed 3 WEEKS LATER. We had a hole in the screen of our window leading upstairs. They Bent a gutter in the spot where they stored all of the materials along the side of our poorch. They did not replace the aluminum surround on Windows completely, it just looks very bad. - The wood they applied to our Poorch is unlevel in spots, just a really lazy job. Nails covered in yard, left for days until they came out. They failed the first time and had to send people out again for nails. - I STILL had screws on top of my poorch from window replacements.. I removed myself so the wind didn't blow them into my driveway. Literally the longest list, and Joe's attitude was very unlikable about this project. A new worker with that co. That I had be friended admitted that the grade of work done depends on the area of the job site, and that blew me away.
