When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.

The top-loading machines are almost never working now, and lot of the front-loading machines are out of order too. Several of the dryers don't work either. I liked when I could pay just one quarter for 15 min of dry time because sometimes that was all i needed, now its 75c for 30ish min. Also, the vending machine for drinks doesn't work, the snack vending machine always gets food stuck and no one has the key for it so you're sol if that happens. The owner flat out refused to turn on the AC when it was over 90 degrees outside. The employee that works there is a total sweetheart though, she deserves better.

Some of his machines have taken my money before a quarter here, or there it's like, OK, whatever, I'm just trying to get this wash done so the family can go about our day. The owner mistreated me today, and I'm always nice to him. one of the machines stopped working, I had to remove my clothes and put them into a new washer dripping wet. I waited for the owner to come to work and was trying to be as polite as possible, and he turned around and told me I was the one that broke the machine that it was my fault and he would not refund my money. The crazy thing is before he came, there were two men in the laundromat this morning And said, good luck getting your money because he doesn't give refunds. Now I know a few of you have probably visited this area before, but the guy treated me so horrible I think no one should shop or do business in the shopping center again. He told me that this was his business and he could conduct business however he wanted. I demanded my five dollars back, and he threatened to call the police on me . Finally, his wife gave me the money and pushed me out. Literally There was another lady that was there too, and she says he does all the time . He always does this. She says he's done it to me before, and I've seen them do it to other women. When something goes wrong with the machine, he blames the user. However, half of the machines have out-of-order signs on them. She said today was her last day doing business with him too. When you come to do business in our neighborhood, you should treat us as customers. I have spent money With him for years and even told him he could pull me up in his system because I've also dry clean with him, and he did not care. I am always pressed for time so doing one load at a time at home is the pits. I come to the laundromat to get a lot done at niece and this place makes that possible. Semi-Large machines are a bit pricey ($4.75 per load) but they hold about 1 1/2 to 2 times a normal machine and are done in 21 mins. But don't fret this place has machines of all sizes - even one large enough for a average size person to crawl into. There are even a bunch of top loading machines for you old school types. Dryers are huge and not that expense. $.25 per 8 minutes and even my large loads of towel only need 40 mins to dry in these machines. So big I can often combine lights and whites in a single dryer to save money. I've been a few times and never had to wait for a machine, never had a machine breakdown on me, machines are clean and smell like they should and always plenty of quarters in the coin machine. 90 mins or less and I'm done with 4/5 loads of laundry. Great place and time saver for me.
