I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time!!

He provided options and I was pleased with the suit. They don't allow you to try on a shirt, so he provided one to me to try at home. The pants needed adjustment so he measured for the changes. There were four weeks to the event and he requested three weeks. 3. We came back after three weeks and the pants didn't fit. They were too loose, and too short. He asked for two days to adjust again. 4. We went back two days later, and the pants had not been adjusted. They asked for another day. 5. We went back the next day, and the pants had not been adjusted. By then we were three days from the wedding. The manager or owner then told the Sales agent to return our adjustment money and we needed to solve the issue on our own. 6. We, desperately, went to "The Best Tailor House" in Stonebriar Mall." Within 15 minutes, they'd measured and made the changes. It was flawless. We also found out that "The Best Tailor House" sold Tuxedo's ans shoes and were even cheaper. 7. What I learned is that having a tailor matters, and customer commitment matters. On both of these ISW Meanswear falls short. In terms of choice they're quite good, but I question that value of they can't get the product in time, and when they run out of time, they essentially ask you to solev the issue on your own. Next time I'll go directly to "The Best Tailor House" and skip the unecessary trips and frustration.

Brought my robes in and we talked about fonts and colors and stitches - I let her know what I had in mind and she had some wonderful suggestions. One of my daughter's jerseys actually got torn, which is not ideal. So when I needed a tailor for this season's jerseys, there are 4, I put a post out on next-door asking for people who could refer a tailor they had personally used that was really good. A gentleman ended up messaging me and telling me that if I didn't mind a little bit of a drive, he could guarantee it would be worth it. It was about 17 minutes from the house, but given that I had four jerseys at $80 apiece to replace I couldn't take the chance using someone else. I brought the 4 jerseys and 2 pair of jeans that my daughter needed to have hemmed as well. They were super attentive, asked multiple questions to make sure it was going be done right and made a suggestion on altering 1 of the 4 jerseys a different way which my daughter was ecstatic about. Shetold me I'd have them in in a week! Wouldn't you know it the very next day I got a message about pictures for her team being in 3 business days. I seriously thought I was going to cry. So I called and explained my dilemma. Told her which jersey it was and said I only needed that jersey if it could be done on time. She told me to stop worrying, they can get it handled and to not apologize bc they were happy to help! Not only did they handle it, but all of my items were ready the day I needed to pick up the jersey for pictures. The stitching is wonderful. You can't even tell that the jerseys have been altered anyway, and the jeans have the same wide stitch my daughter liked on the jeans when we bought them. I cannot say enough good things. I will absolutely be making the drive for anything I have in the future. I'm also really excited because they do embroidery as well so I'm going to surprise my daughter by having her number stitched on her backpack for her.

I recently purchased a straw Stetson for summer but wanted another straw option with a wide brim. I chose a Mexican palm Charlie Horse. I love this brand and Lainey's collab with them. The price point on this brand is always very friendly and you can grab several for the price of other hats. Service was exceptional. Very very cute store with such an impressive selection. I love all their hat accessories and jazzed up even a simple straw hat with a couple cute little additions. They do branding, have a ton of bands, ribbons and more. Such a fun stop. Highly recommend! The piece I selected I have seen on other resale markets and I have determined I got a great deal. My bag has been available elsewhere for $200-300 more than what I paid for it. I liked it so much so that I ended up just asking for store credit and bought another bag! Oh well. So much for going here to make $ by selling a bag. I was admiring a shirt and she showed me some similar one but then told be the price and actually said, "well that may not be in your price range as we are a high end boutique" I was shocked. I was dressed very nice and actually was interested in getting it until she said that. Then she pointed to the discount rack and said that might be closer to what you are looking for. I am not sure why she was treating me this way but I went from being so excited and loving the quality of the items to just down right offended and wanting to leave. Customer service is huge in any business and suggest they work on theirs.
