Thank you Patricia for being so helpful! I've been in a lot of designer consignment stores BUT this one was well organized, beautifully displayed and Patricia was phenomenal! This lady knows her stuff and knows her inventory. I will definitely be back to purchase some bags! Wow! Amazing store!

Get your pre-loved bags here... good quality, competitive pricing, authenticated and clean! My experience with customer service was great. They also purchase your preloved. (I didn't sell mine) Enjoy your experience! Sign up for coupons through their website. Hermès, YSL, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Chanel, Gucci, and more

Thank you for the great service

I was in the market to purchase my wife a pre-owned Louis Vuitton, she was looking for a Turenne PM, I looked online and came across Dallas Designer Handbags website and found the purchase in the condition and price point. I called to verify that the purse was still available and spoke to Maheen, who was very friendly. She checked the zipper and overall condition of the canvas, she sent me close up pictures and gave me peace of mind about making an out of state online purchase. I will definitely be making future purchases, I can't recommend them enough. Friendly service, great packaging and wonderful presentation. Thank you.

Allow me to transport all y'all back to a time just a couple of weeks ago when we could leave our homes with impunity and enter a store to touch items that other people may have touched and not had to scrub up to our elbows like a surgeon before, during and after... As I was exiting the Starbucks drive thru, there before me stood Dallas Designer Handbags in all of its sparkling brand new glory - in a shopping center where the most luxurious store was once the Saks Outlet (not hating, I love that place!) I'm not big on pre owned luxury because there isn't much of a deal to be had for something that's already been broken in by someone else, but DDH has a ton of inventory that's unused or certainly looks it. They rate the items for sale from A-D depending on condition. Here's a link to the chart: https://www.dallasdesignerhandbags.com/pages/shipping-1 One of the best things about this store is they have a lot of special edition items on the shelf that are limited production, so seeing some of these rare bags up close and personal was pretty cool. Anyway I went in just to browse and left with a beautiful bag that was in A (mint) totally perfect condition for a savings of $300! Not to worry, they authenticate everything before it goes on the shelf. I had been looking for a big weekend bag and after I couldn't find a Goyard in the proper color scheme I noticed they have a big selection of LV Neverfull models in the store, even the Jeff Koons Da Vinci at a great price now that the hype has diminished (remember when Kanye bought one for Kim?). The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without hovering or being pushy! Check their site for current inventory and specials, also you can earn reward points on the "Fivestars" app. So not only am I afraid of giving up a great secret spot with this review but I just realized I'm the Karen who tells her life story before giving up the ingredients for the good guac recipe. Sorry y'all but every great discovery has an origin story. Happy shopping!!! Bitsy

Yowza! Was cornered by wifey who wanted a present for having been trapped at home most of the summer while I was traveling. She did her research and picked a handbag from this super great place that has a very extensive website with all the top designers. Very ethical, wonderful customer service over the phone from Russell and Ahmed, who made it so easy and painless to buy what she wanted. They take all plastic, PayPal, etc., and the photos and descriptions are 100% accurate. And what's more - free shipping, a break on out of state sales tax, extra discounts, superbly personalized customer service - in many ways, much better than the large platforms where it seems authenticity sometimes can be a problem. Here, you can talk to a human who actually has inspected the bag. Shop with confidence from Dallas Designer Handbags! Happy wife, happy life!

I think 15 years ago it was a tearoom and dead on arrival. Not anymore. I peaked around the corner to see what's the deal Lucille and see about 50 people having lunch. Obviously, someone has engineered a successful restaurant in here I came here trying to find someone interested in buying things I have for sale. It is exactly the type place I needed to be. A nicely currated group of " booths" with ,No Junk! That's right, this place is not a waste of time but a legit source of vintage/ antique collectables. Including furniture, figurines, lamps, mink coats, silver items etc etc. I did infact find a dealer that made me an offer on my stuff and a couple of more to contact about my other stuff. It's hard to sell things these days as interest has wained in with the younger generation. High Street Antiques is perfectly positioned to capture the target audience for those remaining appreciative and desirus of " Old, Lovingly Used, Sentimental" stuff. If you haven't been, what are you waiting for...? Go!

With that in mind, the Plano Antique Mall was just meh. The flow of the store is interesting, no one greeted me when I entered-they just looked cranky. Three staff members passed me while I was shopping and not one smiled or greeted even though I smiled at them. Zero customer service. Many of the booths were great and well displayed. BUT so many were so overpacked it looked like one of those East Texas yard sales where the stuff is left in the yard 24/7. The booths have so much potential. This company should assist vendors in displaying items. 5,000 items will not fit in a space meant for 500 (slight exaggeration to make a point). It is ok to display some items and then switch out seasonally! Some booths were so chaotic and full that you couldn't even walk into them to shop. I didn't buy anything on this trip. Pros-lots to shop and look at. You never know if there is a treasure that you need. Cons-uninterested staff. So many messy, garage sale looking booths which made me lose interest pretty fast.

There were some great finds and solid deals throughout the booths. I was surprised that all the booths were unmanned, but it actually made browsing more relaxing since you could take your time looking at items and prices. Really fun spot to explore. I've heard their parking lot sales are great too, so I'll try to make it to the one in April!

It's not necessarily worth your time unless they take absolutely everything you bring in. The employees were very, very nice and helpful! The process of selling items was super easy. I use to sell vintage clothing and offload alot of my stuff here. In the beginning they've felt fair , I don't expect 80-90% but at-least reasonable pricing. It was good margins for my higher end vintage. It felt fair, 175-200$ jackets they buy for 35$-45$. The last two times it's been nothing like this. All tshirts (some worth 300$) lotted up for 5$ , 7$ , 8$ price points. The "unique " items don't exceed 20$. Some I understand but others aren't getting throughly priced. In the past it felt like i was dealing with the managers or more seasoned employees. Now i don't believe so. In the itemized receipt i have about five 100-300$ shirts asking 5-8$ when before I've brought cheaper shirts worth 50$-70$ that I received 10$ for. 200$ (average sales and sold comps) Ungrateful dead shorts got priced for 6$. That's 3% ! That's insane. When seeing the clerk I told him we are too far off. He was frustrated which I get and let me know they don't move vintage as well as other things. Understandable just not at the price points. He did ask me what I wanted for everything , I told him I'll take this else where just cause we were too far off. I do understand his frustration but it took him 20 minutes to price out my 37 items. Which means to me time wasn't taken to actually look at the value of the higher valued items. I had some lower value items mark and detailed as "unique" items , while some expensive shirts were grouped up in "men's shirts" I hope this changes. The beginning experiences I had with these guys made me want to come back again and again. A few times the guys even showed me where they got price points from and explained their process , which I really appreciated. I hope this reaches the right people and this gets fixed. I know there can't be an exact training for these kind of things. But when I use to get offered 25%-30% and now it's 1%-10% it's insulting. I don't think they are trying to pull one over on me, but it just feels like it's unseasoned individuals estimating my order and not taking time to price out what's in front of them. No hate or negativity to the individuals. Business is business and I'd love to come back for future estimates.
