They then said I "need a new compressor" for an additional $ 1,000.- I declined the parts cannon approach and went to a second shop, which correctly diagnosed and fixed it. Noble did not perform a full recover-evacuate-recharge-pressure/performance test- and from ASE Certification standpoint that is not acceptable. Failing compressor was never mentioned in initial tests. I reached out to Marty Myslinski for a reasonable solution and was told to take it to small claims; two months later he offered a compressor install with no labor. To prevent disputes and chargebacks, Noble should include a clear written disclosure on estimates that a given repair may not resolve the problem and state their policy when a diagnosis is wrong.

On numerous occasions, I've paid for one wash but received a different one. The drying wheel rarely seems to work properly, and after one of my recent washes, my truck was left with significant swirl marks in the paint. The final incident was the last straw. I have a truck with a ladder rack that had been approved by the manager, and I had successfully gone through this wash more than 50 times without any issues. During my most recent visit, the employees incorrectly operated the wash. They failed to properly retract the overhead bar and also allowed the vehicle behind me to get within about two feet of my truck instead of maintaining a safe distance. As my truck continued through the wash, the overhead wash bar came down onto the bed of my truck, ripped my entire ladder rack off, damaged my truck, and completely destroyed the rack. Their response was simply that it "wasn't their fault." However, this incident was entirely preventable and was the direct result of employee error. It was the staff's responsibility to correctly retract the overhead equipment and properly space the vehicles before sending them through the wash. After the incident, I contacted corporate but never received a response. I was left with a damaged truck, a destroyed ladder rack, and no accountability from the company. As a result, I immediately canceled my membership. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I highly recommended. Sadly, based on how this situation was handled, I can no longer recommend it.

The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that. They tightened the gasket at no charge. Absolutely incredible honesty. Didn't charge us a dime. This kind of honesty and integrity still exists here!
