First time here and will not be back. They aren't busy and I have been waiting 40 minutes now for my car to get a simple vacuum and wash.

I am new to Dunedin and stopped in today for an external wash as I have the interior done by detailing shops or do it myself. I paid for an external wash and told the people not to do anything inside the car. I came outside in 10 minutes to find the doors open and 3 guys inside the car, washing windows and cleaning the dash. I told them to stop immediately and the manager came over and said they wanted to clean the car so don't worry about it. I told him that I didn't want any of their sprays or rags on my leather interior. He still didn't get it and said that it was only windex. I had to yell at him to get his people out of my car! If there is any damage to my leather, I will be taking this idiot to court for ruining the interior! My words of warning: NEVER BRING A FINE CAR HERE. read more

This place is a total rip off. Charges on bill for LUBE PREMIUM for 12.99. No explanation whatsoever what this add on charge was for. Hard up sell for everything, and don't forget the old, "you need an air filter gag". New ownership is all about the maximum charge not repeat business. Stay Clear Palm Harbor. read more

I was a little disappointed at first, but I realized I only paid $55 for an oil change and an ultimate car wash. Yes you get what you pay for. But at first they said my car was ready but it wasnt. Then another 30mins later they called me over, it wasnt vacuumed properly, the armor all had not been done. So I waited again. Still not vacuumed totally. It was adaquate. It was a busy day for them, I so wanted to be able to post a great review. I would return, but only for minimal services. read more

Amazing! No wait to get my car washed and the service was spectacular. I had a spot on one of my seats and a spill on the removable rug. They cleaned everything and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be a return customer :) read more

inferior car wash ... but you also get a nice serving of rudeness at no extra charge... won't be going back

I took my one month new car in to be washed. When I went to get into the car there was a big black footprint on my front seat. I asked to see the manager right away. The owner came over and said that it wasn't from them, I must have brought it in that way. Yeah, I brought my new car in with a big black footprint on the seat. I told him no I didn't. He continued to blame me, would not refund my money when I asked. He had one of his guys try and clean it. They just made a big wet mess that I had to sit on. I had to use a magic eraser when I got home to remove the footprint. You can still see it. I will never ever bring my car back there again. It is under new ownership since the last time I was there. I can tell you this new owner is very rude and arrogant. read more

Car wash was mediocre, they chipped my paint in numerous places, it looks like they scraped my car against something and there is dried cleaning residue on my doors. Not impressed. read more

ZERO stars! As I pulled up near the vacuum area today to drop off my car for a wash, I noticed a large bolt on the ground. I threw it in the trashcan. Guess what happened less than an hour later? I had a flat tire (my car is nearly brand new and the tires were in perfect condition). Just got the call from Honda that....there was a bolt in the tire and it had to be replaced! Shame on them! Poor business, will never go there again! read more

The last In & Out wash handed out cards that had 8 washes marked and the 9th one was to be free. I had my car washed today and handed him the card and he did not wish to honor it, saying I had not gotten to the Free Wash yet. I told him he just punched the "Free" wash on the card. He then grabbed some newer card that had more washes before the Free wash. I told him that was NOT the card he issued me! That is a form of bait and switch. I did not pay for the wash, apparently to keep other customers from hearing my angry response. Needless to say, I'll not go to that wash again! That is a form of 'bait and switch' which is illegal. read more

I brought my car here for an oil change. When I picked the car up, my ABS error light was on and I could not reverse the car as the brakes were pulling as I was trying to reverse. My husband and I spoke with the person in charge (the owners 17 yr old son as the owner was over seas). The 17 yr old tried saying "they had done nothing wrong and we brought the car like that". He later said "they couldnt start the car and had to recharge my battery". This car is a reputable luxury vehicle that is less then 2 years old and I have NEVER had any mechanical issues thus far. My husband was speaking with the owner on the phone who at first said they would reimburse us for any needed repairs, he then changed his mind and went along with the "they didn't do anything" approach. After leaving without any rectification, we had the car inspected and it was determined when they were doing the oil change they left the car in auxiliary mode and drained the battery out. Which explains the car battery needing to be recharged. We were told the loss of power caused the cars computer system to reset and give the brakes the "pulling" sensation. The PREVIOUS owner of this shop was a very honest man who provided great, honest service. I cannot say the same for the new owner. I found the experience to be extremely deceptive and dishonest. Be weary when bringing your vehicle here for an oil change. Rather than being honest and professional, they will not take accountability and be deceptive. You will also be dealing with a minor as the shop management as the owner is over seas, which speaks for itself. read more

BEWARE. If you care about your car, NEVER EVER go here. Absolutely terrible experience. Only took my car here because I was given gift certificates for this car wash location. I own a car with a matte paint job so they did nothing for me. So after holding on to these certificates for a while I randomly decided to go see about getting only my interior cleaned because I need a good vacuuming and was too lazy to do it myself. Upon arriving I requested an interior cleaning and I was of course asked why when the gift certificate includes an automatic car wash, I explained why and then the person who I assume is the owner told me that they could hand wash my car with my soap that I use on my paint and that there would be no extra charge. I hesitantly agreed to letting them hand wash my car, even though I was extremely unsure about it because I'm a freak about my car they wash the cars behind the building where customers cannot go. Surprisingly everything went well, until my next visit. The next time I visited I asked if they could hand wash my car with my soap and they said they could but it would be an extra $5, which I was perfectly okay with, so I gave them my $5 and my soap and sat in the waiting room and waited for my car. While sitting there I got a weird feeling so I got up and looked through the window of the automatic car wash and there was my car, going through the ******* automatic car wash. If you don't know, that is the biggest no-no for a matte paint job. I proceeded to calmly ask why the hell my car was in there after I had given them my soap and my money, they had no answer other than "it was an accident". Then it got ugly, though it didn't help that they barley speak English. My cars finish is now shiny instead of completely matte thanks to this shithole. The place itself is dirty and charges ridiculous prices for its services, oh and did I mention no one speaks English? Again the only reason I visited this place was because I had $100 worth of free car washes and just wanted a damn vacuum. Don't waste your money here because there's a good possibility they'll ruin your car. read more
