As other yelpers say, it is a little dark and dingy inside. I say it is a bit hippie-esque. The space reminds me of a locally owned coffee cafe in a neighborhood in NYC or Boston. The space extends pretty far back, and is not a wide space. But, this is quite possibly the best iced coffee I've had in Omaha so far. There is a limited food menu, including soup, bagels, and sammies. There seems to be plenty of free street parking along the main road Underwood. I can see myself getting another cup of iced coffee and then walking up and down the Dundee Underwood area window shopping and seeing what the area has to offer.

So I came here bc someone had a coffee & it smelled amazing, when I asked they said they got it here so I came here. I got a coffee they had on drip- the Nicaragua. It was really good! I will def be back for the coffee! Also, their apple cider donuts were pretty good, more of a muffin than a donut but tasted really good. The ambiance can use some TLC haha it was dirty, the bathrooms are there but disgusting. They do have tables and chairs and lights at the tables bc it is otherwise poorly lit. They do have a printer & can print in color (obvi u have to pay for prints). They also have games that are available for play in the shop. Outdoor seating also available. Also, they have free condoms lol anyways, if they just do some cleaning the experience would be 10x better haha Will be back for the coffee & treats!

Prices | options | vibe Prices - the most striking thing about this places is how affordable their prices are. For speciality coffees, teas, and ciders nothing is above $4.25 for a large (20-24 oz). I had the hot cider and a large 24 oz was 3.45 with tax. AMAZING. Such a great value. Options - they have all the traditional gourmet coffee shop options. Lattes, mochas, hot chocolate, hot cider, cold brew, etc. so they compete with all the speciality coffee shops in the area. Vibe - the shop has an interesting political vibe. There are tons of política signs for candidates from both sides of the aisle as well as cork board ads for dialogue between police and members of the community, people from both sides of the politics spectrum, items that promote police as well as items that support Black Lives Matter. I wonder why they have so many ads. Pro tip: there isn't a lot of parking but I've been two times and both times between their private parking and Public street parking there has always been enough. Pro tip: there is not a lot of places to sit. So be prepared to grab and go. It is not the type of coffee shop where you can spend 3-4 hours doing work. It definitely is a grab and go spot.

Looking for the Central Perk Coffee Shop in Omaha? Here it is. This place just feels like the old 'Friends' sitcom staple shop. Very homey, comfortable, and relaxed...not overly clean, or hip, but just what you're looking for to read a good book or dive into some homework. Not sure if the baked goods are brought in or made in-shop, but my chocolate muffin was moist and delicious, while my coffee was incredibly fresh tasting (hint: a medium is like a large). Only drawback for some might be that this place isn't necessarily your "craft" coffee shop that have popped up in Omaha. This place is more traditional, homey, and comfortable...this means it probably won't have your cold nitro brew. However, I guarantee you it will have an open seat, great view of Dundee, and a warm cup of joe waiting for you!

Super charming little cafe in a great location. I just moved to the area and this place is located in a really cute neighborhood to explore! People behind the counter were friendly. I got a dirty chai, which tasted great. Lots of outdoor seating. I thought the fact that they have table levelers on the counter (so you don't have to use napkins) is really charming!

I can't believe I've never stopped by here before! I love the old, neighborly vibe of the shop. You see regulars chatting together at tables and others studying. We got the Thai ice tea and the cafe au lait, and both were fantastic. I'll definitely have to make my way back here again in the future!

The staff is pretentious and unwelcoming. There are better places in Omaha for coffee and this would be my last choice.

The shop is super well laid out and not cluttered and hard to shop, like a few other comic/collectible places we have been. As soon as we walked in, the attendants behind the register were so excited to welcome and help us find anything we needed. They came out to answer questions, and helped my husband find key issues he wanted (so we left with a lot of loot LOL) Aside from all the great comics, they also have collectibles, like plushies, Funkos, figurines etc. as well as a little spot for kids to play while their parents shop. They are called Legend Comics and COFFEE, and I was more interested in the coffee than the comics so I stopped in to the cafe while my husband perused everything. I got the Golden Caramel Latte, and it was extra delicious - not too sweet but still a little hint of the caramel to give you that sweet taste. My husband wanted to get a drink that was chocolatey, but without coffee. I asked the barista at the coffee shop if they had anything like that, and he actually made me something special on the spot. It was a frozen chocolate milk, and my husband went wild for it. I don't think it's on the menu, and was made impromptu, but you may be able to ask for that, if you want to try! There is a lot of seating at the cafe and also around the comic shop, including little benches, if you want to sit and pore over your potential purchases or if you're waiting for someone to finish shopping. Even though we spent way too much money here, I definitely recommend it if you're a comic collector/lover, as they have so many things to explore (both in comics and coffee) and you may find something new you love!

If you live here, well then, lucky you! Our servers carefully detailed the menu and let us taste a new wine prior to ordering. The dinner service manager is knowledgeable and passionate about the dining experience. When we ordered the radicchio salad, I was skeptical that it would be bitter, but was curious to try it. My husband and I could have fought over it--it was that good! The cauliflower was roasted perfectly, and sat upon a sweet and spice infused puree called mahummara with crunchy pine nuts. The complexity of spices compelled us to try another bite, and then another... Roasted carrots are tender and sweet. Paired with cool yogurt and chili crunch, they ascend into another level of deliciousness. A tear of fresh bread across bits of remaining sauce, and then (not a minute sooner) "we are satiated, thank you!" and the server can take the plate. The restaurant is adjacent to a theater that shows unique offerings and they will sometimes coordinate events with menus. We liked the simple cafe style tables and openness.
