Great coffee shop! the interior is amazing and very aesthetic, and the latte was delicious. I do wish they had more substantial savory breakfast options but they do still have quick bites! I also enjoyed my banana bread and the other pastries looked delicious.
Had a wonderful time on the patio! I had not tried their bar before but enjoyed my drink which was a summer starfall. Would get this again for sure! The surprise of the night was the cheese on the beer cheese pretzel! It had no business being this good for "just a coffee shop" even though the Mill is always a 10/10! Will have to catch the next bingo night!
I'm not sure what they do to make the granita, but it's delicious. It's probably one of my most ordered drinks! I heavily appreciate the care and attention to detail the workers put into every order. The only negative I have is how crowded this space gets. It can be difficult some days to find a table in the evenings for a late night study session. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area!
Had a few minutes to myself this morning and figured I'd stop by a corner lot that has always caught my attention! You'll be completely transformed when you walk in, i to another world almost - say, the '40s - between the decor, bustling merch, quiet teas being made and frothy lattes being served in neat glass cups (I recommend staying!). I am such a Chai whore that I nearly squealed with excitement when I saw they have Spicy Chai Latte... a much bolder flavor that I prefer, and you may too. That glass was FILLED to the brim and mixed with the preferred oat milk, a stunner among their many menu items. Ahhh that heat on the back when of the Spicy Chai is just what my Thursday am needed. Parking is a bitch, BUT... they do have a drive-thru!
Overall, I love the bustling ambiance of this coffeeshop, along with the very high ceilings and aesthetic bookshelf. I like to come here to get work and studying done as they have plenty of seating. It is often very busy though, so if you want a specific table or seat at the bar, I would recommend coming in early on weekends. The coffee however, is not my favorite. It has tasted very milky with very little coffee or syrup flavor. Their hot chocolate also did not have a rich flavor and just tasted like chocolate milk. The Swiss cheese and mushroom quiche, however, was good.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to try their coffee. I got the matcha instead and I forgot what my friend got but it was refreshing. The interior was cool, there's a wall of books too and plenty of seating. Service was fairly quick. Would definitely try their coffee and other drinks next time.
This place is just absolutely stunning. You can find every excuse to visit and stay. Welcoming you is a huge patio equipped with fire places to enjoy. The inside is art deco mixed with rustic traditional - I'm not sure HOW the aesthetic actually fits, but it works and it's just brilliant. I've passed The Mill many times and every evening pass I would admire the beautiful library wall through the giant front windows. Every. Single. Time. Saying to myself I need to go there! Well I did, and now I am finding every excuse to return. This coffee shop is so much more than that. It is a utopia for studying, date nights, crafting - anything you can think of. Complete with a full bar that converts this hopping daytime work spot into a nighttime vibe.

We also ate their crumb cake warmed up-good, plus one of their packaged chicken salad sandwich which was as expected. They have plenty of options so for whatever reason you're popping in or staying a while you could snack up or get a dessert with your beverage. I imagine parking gets tight tho. And you have to be aware of your surroundings because you could miss the small entrance that leads you to the parking area. That's where the drive through is as well so again I imagine things can get tight. Came on a Monday around 3 pm and only a short line, served quickly. Newest stop on the Omaha Coffee Tour! This place is great for bringing your work and having a good space to lock in! They are a coffee and bar space, very versatile and fun! The coffee was good! I got a caramel vanilla oat milk latte (iced). Service was great! Super fast and everyone was really nice!
I highly recommend the Mill! Fantastic coffee shop with a ton of space to find a table inside or outside on the patio. My only complaint is that their chairs aren't super comfortable, so being there for an extended amount of time is not always ideal. Otherwise, their coffee is delicious and the service is really great. I also went a separate night for espresso martinis with a friend and those were awesome! Highly recommend!

I wish they had coconut milk for my matcha but they make up for it with ambiance lol The matcha was good though! I've never had any of their food items but I'm sure I'll be back to try again soon!

The Mill on Leavenworth is a one of a kind place. Not only is the customer service always friendly and welcoming, but they serve scrumptious food and drinks that ease your thirst. I got the everything bagel it was warmed up and served with a side of cream cheese. The cappuccino was warm and perfectly tasted like coffee with the right amount of milk. I added vanilla syrup to it. The energy stinger flavor is raspberry lemonade. It tasted tangy like a lemon. It's very high quality lemonade. The flavors complement each other for this drink. I love the indoor seating it is very open and laid back. They also have outdoor seating with tables and chairs. 10/10! read more

My go to for coffee in Omaha. The cafe has a similar vibe to the Haymarket location, with similar decor and ambience, along with a beautiful patio to enjoy the outside. My favorite coffee drink is the granita, but you can't go wrong with any of their options. I also recently discovered they have a bar after hours! The perfect place to stop for a spritz on the patio on a beautiful afternoon. read more

I highly recommend the Mill! Fantastic coffee shop with a ton of space to find a table inside or outside on the patio. My only complaint is that their chairs aren't super comfortable, so being there for an extended amount of time is not always ideal. This open and bright space brings warm welcoming vibes as soon as you on the scene. Coffee and pastry aromas fill the air and make you want more! I ordered a simple caramel iced latte with breve and it was simple and perfect! If you don't order your lattes with half and half "breve" what are you doing??;) Would love to live in this area, it seems like a great spot for a good book read or study sesh! The Mill is a spacious coffeehouse located in the heart of Omaha. I'm visiting from out of town, and I was meeting up with a friend for coffee and he recommended this place. Good choice! Ordering was fast and the employee was super friendly. I ordered the iced Matcha, which was refreshing, and not too sweet. It wasn't crowded during our visit and there's a lot of place to sit. The Mill is very bright and inviting, a really nice coffeehouse! They also sold bulk coffee, tea, and other essentials like coffee presses, tea seeper etc. Great place to meet up with friends. read more

Love the experience here. It is a big, comfy space with a lot of natural light - best for group studies or just working in a cafe. The coffee was good, matcha latte is just okay but I really like the atmosphere. It was a bit difficult to get parking at the area but they have a drive thru counter which is convenient for a quick coffee drive :) read more

I am not a coffee drinker but frequent coffee shops a lot bc my husband loves a good espresso. This is by far my favorite coffee spot in Omaha. The vibe, space, coffee, tea, and food options are great. They also have a full bar which I will have to come check out soon. It is always pretty crowded whenever I come here and parking is not the easiest but nothing that would deter me from coming. I love their pastries, especially their pop tarts. You can also by their coffee beans and sweets by the pound which is great! I always come here to get my husband a gift for special occasions. read more

I love going to the Mill whether it's for a coffee while studying or for hanging out with a drink and a snack. Last week, we came in for an espresso martini and some chicken dip with tortilla chips. I love how the espresso martini is made with their own coffee. We sat at the bar but there's also tables, booths and an outdoor area. The baristas were very quick to take my order and checked in frequently. Whether it's for coffee or a drink, the Mill is always an amazing choice! read more
Beautiful inside and out!!!! I am in love with the vibes of this place. Every little thing has immense detail and charm. Even the bathrooms are beautiful. This is a great place to grab a drink- day or night. I only came in the morning for a coffee and was blown away. The server was extremely helpful and patient with me. I tried something I've never heard of before; the Shakerato, "chilled espresso, shaken to a froth" and dang it was tasty!!! There are a ton of little things for purchase as well, such and coffee beans, mugs, shirts, snacks, and treats. They have a large menu displayed behind the bar or smaller hand menus to look at. I love a good cup of coffee and have now added chai lattes to my addiction! We were down the street from the coffee shop so I had to stop by. I absolutely love the old vibes and history behind this building. I love the openness and seating amongst the live plants. I was surprised to see the bar, but this gives another reason to stop by later in the day. My dirty chai latte was smooth, warm, and delicious. Their pastries looked mouthwatering, but I held strong and didn't order one. Next time the cinnamon roll might be purchased as well. read more
If I had to choose one coffee shop in Omaha to go to everyday, this would be it. The Mill is the best: a variety to choose from on the menu, a beautifully curated interior, the sweetest staff and best hours. As a student, I love their range of hours since it is difficult to always study in the morning with a busy schedule. The Mill closes at 10 and offers day to night menus as well, with a full bar. I personally opt for coffee each time I am here, and it has never disappointed me. They also have sweet pastries and yummy sandwiches that accompany my drink well each and every time. The Mill is the perfect location for group projects, coworking, or catching up with a friend, and the seating is plentiful. It is also beautiful inside. It is evident that every detail was accounted for, from the lighting to the wallpaper to even the bathrooms being very aesthetically pleasing and cozy. Stopped by The Mill for their signature mocha and it did not disappoint! The coffee is made with well-roasted beans that have a rich, balanced flavor--strong enough to shine through but never bitter. The milk is steamed just right, giving the mocha a smooth, creamy texture that pairs perfectly with the chocolate. This is a wonderful place to get a cup of coffee , meet up with friends to chat , sit down to relax to read a book or do some work on the lap top . The ambiance is so cozy and relaxing. With plants decoration that make you feel like you are in the garden. One side of the shop is a huge wall of books that make me feel like I am inside a university library. The ceiling decorations has a few antique airplanes . All these blend together in a harmony way . One side of the cafe is the gift section, many glass containers of tea to choose from , they make you the tea of your choice when you bring them the big glass jar of tea leaf . It is cool that you can read the labels on the jar and smell the tea leaf before you choose one . In the middle of the cafe is a wet bar that look like Vegas restaurant or some fine dinning place. It is decorated with lights and glasses with many bottles of wines . That would be a glamorous sight at night when it is dark outside. This place is just amazing . Everything blends in well together. Their coffee and tea are top of the line . Over the weekend it is impossible to find a parking unless you come very early . Weekday is better . They have a drive through service so you don't need to park and can still get the coffee of your choice . I love love coming back to The Mill . read more
The Mill is one of the best places to get coffee in Omaha! Their coffee beans are reasonably priced compared to other coffee shops in the area (and taste better than most grocery store beans). Ready to drink coffee is also delicious with seasonal specials and lots of options. I got hooked on their granitas (coffee slushy basically) and expanded from there. The service is always great, the baristas are helpful and knowledgeable about their beans. The location is pretty big but often full, a sign of the perfect coffee shop meet up! read more

I'd been told to visit the Mill for years and now that I've done so, I agree that it is a must visit coffeeshop in Omaha! As I visited in the evening, I tried a Lady Hannah tea latte as it was caffeine free and a sweet herbal. My barista was thoughtful in her description of the different tea options once I told her my preferences! The Menu is well laid out and categorized as well. The tea itself was great! Without any added sugar, I found this to be very sweet and the hibiscus and apple came through the most. I was able to rebrew the tea bag and it was still pleasantly strong. I decided to grab a few scones as well: a lemon lavender and a chocolate chip. I'm no scone connoisseur, but I devoured these and would recommend them as a pairing to your beverage. The bakery items are made fresh daily, showing the pursuit of craft and quality at The Mill. The ambiance actually can't be beat when it comes to Omaha coffee shops. There is a bar lined with velvet green chairs with a cute UX touch of a pull out handle. The Mill serves alcohol during the evenings and for events! The library wall was definitely a stand out feature and I positioned myself with the perfect view of both. The aesthetic is a vintage royalty and fosters a sense of "I'm a mysterious character bound to be looked at and discovered". There is also a large patio, which I'm told has heaters in the fall and winter! Absolutely loved my visit to the Mill, and I'm bound to be back. I hope you give it a try! read more

Awesome coffee and wine bar with ample seating space. Really great spot for meeting with a friend, studying, or a casual drink. Atmosphere is very clean and classic. The service is friendly and the coffee (to stay) is only $3 with unlimited refills. Recommend trying the pastries as well! read more
