What we were pleased with was their skill as inspectors and their inspection in general. My wife and I accompanied them on and off as they did the inspection and as they identified items of interest. They took the time to explain what an issue was, what its overall impact was and how we might prioritize a repair if we were to purchase the property. They were thorough and patient in doing their visual inspection. The end report was lengthy (as expected), clearly stated and nicely summarized. Not only would we hire them again to do another inspection, but we would urge others to consider the same if you are in their service area.

The photos were detailed, and the notes made sense. I feel much better prepared going into my home purchase! Also, I feel much better about having a company scope the sewer line when they aren't also selling sewer systems. That said, the sewer line scope was the least detailed piece. They couldn't tell me if they hit an obstruction, or if they were at the end of the line when they got blocked - I feel like that's the basic question that they should be able to answer.... They did report grease buildup and how far they scoped without a blockage, so we believe it was likely the end of the line. I'm slightly less than enthusiastic about that part, but I'm really happy with the rest of the inspection. I got the report within hours of them leaving, even with them arriving towards the end of the day.
