Condescending, won't let you finish a sentence, acts bothered by you asking a question. Just absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with anyone. Talked down to me, like I'm an idiot. Still having pest problems, and she didn't even know what kind of pests, just said they would respray and that rain rendered the spray ineffective. That's weird, didn't know it rained in my home and attic. Never once saw a dead bug, never once saw a reduction in numbers. Nothing. Asked if they could use other methods, she cut me off and said we'll spray again. Then before I can say anything else she's rushing me off the phone. I have a friend who has a pest control company, called him up, he asked what was done and what my target infestations were. He literally laughed when I told him. He asked if they did anything but spray, and when I said no, he said that's why you find a professional that knows their profession, not someone who got a license and doesn't. He's coming all the way from Kansas in 3 weeks to eradicate my issue.

Since I'm in a condominium with shared walls, it's possible the the roaches are not even inside my place but coming through the walls and/or electrical outlets from a neighbor because he couldn't find any nests despite a very thorough search. Sentry was a company I had heard of but never had any business with so I wasn't sure what to expect because I knew they'd be busy, as we were obviously not the only people affected by the storm. Not to mention, I live about an hour from Norman where they're based out of. Blake answered the phone and surely heard the desperation in my voice (can't sell a tornado damaged home!). He had one of his foreman at my house THAT DAY to assess the damage and estimate what it would take to repair. Very quick and very responsive. Here's where Blake separated himself from the other contractors I spoke with... after insurance had their inspector come out they tried skimping out on us big time. I was given a laughable report! 40 shingles, 12 sq ft of siding, yada yada.. I'm no roofing expert but from the ground with the naked eye I knew that wasn't accurate. Blake was completely honest and transparent from the get go. He assured me I needed a complete roof replacement (which I had already thought myself) and that there was much more damage that needed addressing. A thorough professional in my eyes. He took it upon himself to help deal with the insurance company and get another inspection done with his guidance.
