Since I could only find the Aikahi Studio for Aloha Yoga Kula, I'm adding this location - the Pali Studio so someone doesn't try to use the GPS to the other location listed in yelp to get to the Aerial Yoga class, that is only at the Pali Studio...
Driving up the Pali to this class from Downtown Honolulu is such an easy drive. So is finding parking in the ample and usually sparce parking lot.
Located in what appears to be a church, when coming from town, you pass the church, then make a U-turn at the first U-turn past the church to get to the turn-in.
I have only taken the Aerial Yoga class thursday nights from Jessa, but have loved each class. She does them introductory enough so its not too dificult for new people but has enough yoga in there and other items that its still offering some new challenges.
Talking more with Jessa after one of the classes, I found out she is also one of the dancers at Samadhi Hawaii - pretty cool & just recently saw her picture up at the Lululemon store in Ala Moana :)
She is very patient with everyone and walks by to make sure everyone in her class is getting the most out of the class & doing it safe and effectively.
The studio is pretty basic. A little decore to set the ambiance but minimal and un-cluttered. CIt is located on the second floor of what appears to be a church. There is usually a folding wood sign on the first floor near the stairs to identify that it is the way up to the Aloha Kula studio & that you are in the right place. The Silks for the class are hung up at the beginning of the class from the steel beams running across the ceiling. They are hung at 2 points each. The class room is alway clean.
Tip: The Aerial class is $20 and cash only - be sure come a little early before your first class to sign the liability waiver. read more
