Went to this "spa" for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I was shocked at the way they run their business!! A lady took me in a room and gave me a small towel to cover my body and said she would be back shortly. I partially undressed and tried to cover my body with this small towel. When she came back she left the door open halfway!! I was so uncomfortable I almost got up and left. Her massage was not good at all!! Then the phone rang and she proceeded to answer the phone while she was doing my massage!! Absolutely unbelievable!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Prices are great but come with exact cash for tip. I paid with card for the massage and wasn't given the option to tip on the card so I tipped in cash. I asked for change for a $20 bill and she proceeded to play dumb like she didn't understand what I was asking for and even got a translator out and kept shaking her head. I've had occasional massages here over the last year with different masseuses and never a bad experience, all very good, skillful and nice. Went 2 days ago to their new location and had my first massage with Anna (Ana?) Which was probably the best massage so far I've ever had, relieved tight sore muscles in my back, shoulders and legs, gentle alignment/cracking of my neck and some manual stretching of legs and hip. Worst massage I've ever received. Would never go back. They had one small sheet over the massage table that didn't even cover everything and I'm sure they don't wash the table cover that was underneath that sheet between clients. It was very unsettling. The woman who gave me my massage didn't even manage the hour right and ended up running out of time and wasn't able to finish my whole body... at least I thought she ran out of time. When I finished I realized I still had 7 minutes left. So my massage got cut short and she didn't finish my entire body. Then when I paid, and tipped $10 (when I didn't want to leave anything at all), the lady asked me several times to give $20 tip instead. Such a horrible experience. My daughter and I came here for a 60 min. Massage, we was in the same room.The owner was the only one that spoke English. The therapist spoke to each other during our massage. The owner had to take calls while giving my daughter her massage. I wasn't happy because that takes time away from her treatment. I told my therapist to work on my lower back she didn't understand. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We called ahead and asked for massage for 3 people, they were running a 5% discount if Yelp was mentioned, and I told them we found them on Yelp. I asked the price for 1hr massage she said $155 after discount so we booked it. The massage was horrible, they sat on you the whole time or what felt like that, not an actual massage. When we went to pay, she said $165 and I said no, you said $155 and she argued so I just wanted to get out of there, then she has the gall to ask how much I was going to leave for a tip! I said $5 for each, and she said that's all. This place is a total rip off, they didn't honor their discount for mentioning Yelp and then bullied me into leaving a tip when I didn't feel like they deserved it! I've had about two or three massages over the last six or eight months. Two of them were 60 min and one was 90 min. My masseuse was great, kind and knowledgeable. English not so great, but we made it work. On the other hand tipping was the problem. My last treatment my mind was so occupied about will I be chewed out for not enough tip? It kind of ruins the relaxing feeling. It's the owner who comes out of the back when it's time to pay to bully you for a bigger tip. The 60 min was $60 and the 90 min was $90 if I remember correctly. The 60 min I tip around 20% and for the 90 mins around $20. I would like to go there soon, but I feel like an idiot if that's how she will treat me. Decisions decisions. read more

I had hurt myself putting up a display yesterday so I looked for the nearest massage place and found this little gem tucked away deep in a business park. I had my first massage with Cindy yesterday. It was wonderful. I told her about my trouble areas in my shoulder, neck and hip and she helped release them. I feel great today. She did start to do the thing where she sat on me and I told her it was not helpful so she went back to massage by hand. The next best part was she did not try to pull my willy like I had happen in Federal Way a few months ago. I have shoulder issues, not the other issue. They also have the cutest little puppy there. I will be back. And as I had seen in another review I was also laid on the table exposed but I was hot and asked not to have a blanket on me. I bought this for my boyfriend because he was helping me with a bathroom remodel and really going out of his way to help me out. The reviews were misleading. He said he was put into a room on a bed. The masseuse came in and immediately just ripped the sheet off of him completely leaving him naked. She never closed the door to the room. Throughout the massage she was yelling into another room having a conversation with another masseuse. She had the phone in the room with them and answered it multiple times while giving him a one handed massage. And she randomly kept straddling his head. He said it was impossible to relax. WORST massage I have ever had! I'm in disbelief of what I went through today. My "massage therapist" was LITERALLY crawling up and down my back on her hands and knees. At one point she sat on my back, feet by head and was what felt like riding me as if in some animal. SHE MASSAGED ME WITH HER BUTT!! So many time i thought just get up and walk out, I waited it through hoping it this was some kinda of prank...
