They do just use a simple towel to cover you, so keep whatever clothes on that tou feel comfortable with. They don't advise you on any of that. They just give you time to get settled on the table. I assume undress or don't to your liking/comfort. The walls are thin, again the door is just a curtain essentially. You could hear people walk in, and next to your room. The lady massaging me at one point was even talking to the other massage lady in the next room. For the price, the massage is good. I did 90mins, and the massage itself was relaxing, but the movements are also so quick. They even did some stretching which was nice.
