Wanted to see these guys since they first came out decades ago and finally got a chance to. The performance at IKON Park is smaller than I thought, but at the same time, it had a lot of space for people. The ticket cost was relatively inexpensive for a Saturday afternoon. Parking is easy since there's surface parking as well as the parking building. The upper floors are free to park so we opted for that considering the heat of the day. Tickets originally said 4pm but the show probably started a little after, likely to include the folks trying to get in as there was a small line. There is a small concession stand if you're hungry for snacks. The show itself was amazing. There was plenty of humor involved and the amount of audience inclusion was awesome. Not too much, but just enough to keep you watching. I should add that one of my concerns was a potential splash zone, but there's nowhere to get wet or paint in this. I always wanted to come to Blue Man Group back in the day when it was advertised to the point of torture on the boob tube. I don't know why I never came, too expensive, the hassle of dealing with Universal, I was in a different mindset in my life and just never went, I guess. Well, my wife the event planner asked me what I wanted for my Birthday and I told her I wanted to go to the Blue Man Group, so that's just what we did. We went with a group of 20 people, some of who were also celebrating birthdays, which made the whole thing that much more fun. Tickets were $70 a pop, so it's on the pricy side. Drinks and snacks are also pricy. We purchase two Coke Zero's and it came to $14, Yay! It's super hot in FL now so be prepared to sweat a bit while waiting to get through security and standing-by inside lobby, it's a bit of a tight squeeze and can be uncomfortable when it's a mad rush to hurry-up-and-wait. You have assigned seats, and staff do a great job helping everyone find their seat. guests have a decent view of everything going on from anywhere in the audience, so not a big deal if you're not right up front. You might not want to be up front anyways especially since there is some liquids and other debris flying around during the show. I enjoyed the show, it had everything that make a show great - action, comedy, audience interaction and involvement, excellent live music, and a unique story. The show could have been better. Like my wife mentioned in her review there were times where they could have incorporated more drumming scenarios, music, or even a magic show. One of my favorite highlights from the show was the one Blue Man catching all those marshmallows in his mouth and making an art piece out of it; it was hilarious. I also got a great chuckle when they were eating the Capital Crunch cereal and making a huge mess; very memorable. If they change the show up periodically with different scenarios and skits I would come again; however, if it's the same show back-to-back, Year-over-year, I don't think I would pay the $70 to come back again. If we were to revisit, I would be on the lookout for deals or Groupon's just because It's pricey for what it is. Regardless, if you're looking for something fun to do while in Orlando, I would recommend checking them out just see if you can get a package deal with Icon Park or another discount provider. read more

We came here with a group of 25. We each paid $70 to get in. We were sitting in the back and they did move us all to the front area which was nice. The show was scheduled for 1:00 but actually went on at 1:15 and went to 2:30. Parts of the show were good with a bit of a wow factor. The guy eating 20 marshmallows and turning it into a sculpture was excellent. However.. Some of it was just not good. There was one skit where they pulled two people on stage and had some telephones and a few props it wasted 10 minutes of the show and was pretty boring. You would think with it being Icon Park and Blue Man having their own building that they would have a pretty spectacular show. Maybe even some magic Or some weird little dude riding around on a scooter through the crowd. I left there thinking of all the things I could make that show better. They did pull one of our friends up on stage and painted him. They did acknowledge my girlfriend's birthday We call her Little Debbie. We all dressed up as Little Debbie characters and pies. They put her name on the big screen and we all wished her happy birthday that was nice. So there was some good and some bad to this show. It's pretty much a one and done. Not something that you would pay to come back and see again. I see now they have buy one get one free tickets. This would be the time to go to see them!! The building that they built is not real big so every seat in the house is pretty good. It's not real loud in there which is nice, the music is great and they do have a keyboard player drummer and guitar player up at the top dressed in neon. Parking is free in the garage on levels 4 through 7. Drinks A regular size coke with a lid was $6 and some change. I think the beers were $14. They do check your purse when you come in and they didn't let us bring any snacks in. There is two bars in a concession stand right when you walk in. I think my favorite part is when they shoot the toilet paper out at the end. And it covers the crowd something about that just makes you smile. Okay on to the next one thing! read more

What a great show! If you don't have any plans and looking for something to do. book tickets to this show. You're not allowed to bring snacks or drinks but there is a concession to purchase if needed. The show is funny, interactive and a lot of rocking out lol. They choose ppl from the audience to participate and they give birthday shoutouts etc. 10/10... our tickets were originally more towards the back but as the young lady help us sit she moved us to the front, which was a great view! My husband was picked to participate and play the instruments with them. It was a blast forsure... I enjoyed watching him and so did everyone else lol we were all jamming haha.. I think the show is great for all ages there were some adultish jokes like marriage, and handcuffs lol (I won't say much) but I'm sure they probably change their set often. Again 10/10 Will definitely watch this again! read more

It's Back! Blue Man Group has returned to Orlando! This time with an ALL NEW SHOW that you can now catch at iconpark on International Drive. I had been wanting to see the Blue Man Group for such a long time. So, when I heard that they were back in town, I immediately purchased my tickets. The Blue Man Group show is full of music, comedy, art, paint, suspense, technology, and is so much fun and a MUST SEE if you are in Orlando. Oh, and did I mention dancing, I actually got selected during the dancing part of the show and had my 5 seconds of fame, lol This unique and action packed 90 minute show is like nothing you've experienced in Orlando before! Im so glad that I finally was able to catch a show. I would highly recommend the show, it's definitely a must see! The Blue Man Theater is easy to find located right behind the wheel in Icon Park. You can choose to park in the small parking lot directly adjacent to the Blue Man theater or park in the Icon Park parking garage. There are plenty of staff greeting and assisting through the show check in process. You do go through security but it's a quick bag check then ticket scan. Upon entering the theater, you step into a small lobby where you can purchase refreshments and check out the souvenir corner. Once in the theater you are greeted by staff that direct you to your ticket. The theater has stadium seating which gives everyone in the audience visibility to the stage and the Blue Man. The seats were cushioned and comfortable and the theater temperature was cool but comfortable. For those worried about the noise, there are earplugs available upon request. If you have not seen the Blue Man Group, consider this your sign to grab your tickets! read more

I had heard about the Blue Man group and decided to take advantage of their discount tickets. We originally were sat further in the back and I had asked one of the employees for ear plugs. When she came back she gave me the earplugs and then asked me if we wanted to move up. I said yes please and next thing I know we were only about five rows back from the stage. I couldn't believe how lucky we were to be selected to be moved there and then our luck just kept going. My husband ended up being selected to go onto the stage to do one of their acts. He had a great time and I had a wonderful time watching him. There's definitely some more childish jokes, but I think it's great for all audiences. The entire crowd was having an amazing time singing along dancing along and interacting with the Blue Man group. I would definitely recommend getting there early because it seems like they pick people do some of the interactions earlier on prior to the show starting. However, some audience members are picked during the show so it's just a luck of the draw. If you're thinking of going I would definitely recommend just getting the tickets and go. Orlando, we are so back!!! I grew up in Orlando, and I was so excited knowing that Blue Man Group has returned to Orlando!!! Just as I remember - the show was fun, eccentric and definitely captured the audience attention! Blue Man Group used to be located inside of Universal Studios, but it is now located in Icon Park. Parking for this event is in the parking garage on site. Parking garage levels 4-7 of the garage is free. Upon arrival there is bag check your ticket is scanned. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase but be advised. This is a nonalcoholic event. This is event is family friendly, but we went for a friend's birthday and had an absolute blast. The show is a combination of arts and music, and they do take the opportunity to include the audience in some of their acts. Everything was orchestrated so on point and I had a nice time. The show runs about 90 to 105 minutes. There is no intermission. Bathroom is accessible during the show. Definitely recommend checking out Blue Man Group. Whether you are a local & have seen it in the past, or are seeing it for the first time visiting or even exploring Orlando, definitely a must see!!!! read more

Fun experience with friends! I would say the show is geared towards more middle school humor, so just go into the show prepared for that. About half of the show involves people they pick from the audience to go up on stage. The theater was only half full for a 7pm weekday showing but it's still new so hopefully that changes! read more
