We needed to move in pretty soon, so we called her the day after 10 times, and never got any response (even though it was a business day, and within business hours). Her answering machine would keep saying the listing was unavailable but how would she even know who was calling and which property we were talking about? And she told us the day of that we were the only people interested? SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Would never use her as a relator. Very rude and didn't care about possible tenants. Stay away.

But no where on the form did it say we paid anything for a holding and next to where the amount we would of paid if it was a holding fee was blank. I requested our deposit back Saturday no response until Monday afternoon the day we were supposed to move in if we would have gone through with it. She asked when I wanted to come into pick it up I told her next morning again no response. So this morning I text her letting her know what time ill be on the way she texts back saying she needs to speak with the owner of the unit then texts back 2 hours later saying that due to some holding fee I forfeited my deposit and sends me a picture of that same form but altered to show next to the holding fee paid and she added in $2000 which isnt on the original document. She legit tried to scam me out of my $2000 if I didn't have my original document she would of just kept my whole deposit. With the limited conversation there was never any talk about a holding fee or anything of the sort all we talked about was a security deposit. She would raise her voice and talk to me like I'm dumb or a child. I called back to get her name and her managers info to file an official complaint and it escalated to an argument that went on for a good 5 minutes because she wouldn't give me the info and denied acting the way she did. I work in customer service answering calls daily so I know the expectations. For a customer service rep to argue back and allow the situation to escalate the way it did is crazyyy. I've also read other reviews and she was mentioned before for the same thing within a year so it seems like this isn't just a bad day, it's who she is. BUT, I gave 2 stars instead of 1 or zero if I could because once I was able to get the info for her higher up, Brian, I emailed him immediately explaining what happened. He had given me a call within the hour (which I highly appreciate) and apologized about how my call was handled by her, and calmly given me the info and clarification I was looking for when I originally called. It was quick, simple, and respectful. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to respond to my email at all and I wasn't expecting it to be that quick either so I really appreciate the urgency to make the situation right.

On top of that, some keep roosters crammed in tiny cages, crowing nonstop from as early as 3 AM. When I complained, the realtor told me to "file a police report or call animal control," which blew my mind. Every landlord I've ever had before had strict rules--fines or even eviction after repeated complaints. Moral of the story: if you rent here, prepare to live next to the worst of the worst. There are no rules, no consequences, and reckless living is completely unchecked. I'm setting up security cameras to document what I've been dealing with from these inconsiderate neighbors. My plan is to share the footage publicly so people can see exactly what I've had to go through. Over time, with enough evidence, I hope to take legal action against them for disturbing the peace, disrupting my sleep, and preventing me from enjoying my own home. I may also pursue action against the realty company for failing to take this situation seriously despite knowing about the issues.
