Really frustrating that she couldn't be bothered to contact me when I called within hours of the property being listed (over a week ago), then not returning my email or calls either way. Also extremely lazy to not remove a listing once it's rented. Then just plain rude to offer another property and never send the link as promised. Just another flaky, irresponsible realtor who couldn't care less about prospective clients. Disrespectful of people's time and in no way professional. Time is of the essence when looking for a home, and it's sad that she can't handle prospective tenants in a timely and respectful manner. If Mandi was my property manager, I would be embarrassed to have her out there representing me. I will absolutely NOT be using this business for any of my rental or home buying needs. On top of that, some keep roosters crammed in tiny cages, crowing nonstop from as early as 3 AM. When I complained, the realtor told me to "file a police report or call animal control," which blew my mind. Every landlord I've ever had before had strict rules--fines or even eviction after repeated complaints. Moral of the story: if you rent here, prepare to live next to the worst of the worst. There are no rules, no consequences, and reckless living is completely unchecked. I'm setting up security cameras to document what I've been dealing with from these inconsiderate neighbors. My plan is to share the footage publicly so people can see exactly what I've had to go through. Over time, with enough evidence, I hope to take legal action against them for disturbing the peace, disrupting my sleep, and preventing me from enjoying my own home. I may also pursue action against the realty company for failing to take this situation seriously despite knowing about the issues.

Our experience buying our very first home was such an enjoyable, positive one. We know the Lord provided every part of this blessing, and that included Devin! From our very first meeting, nothing was left to chance! Seeing real estate prices only go up year after year, my husband and I knew we needed to start looking to buy a home for ourselves. The thought of it was intimidating and seemed far within our reach. We started casually checking out open houses every Sunday, and it was at one of these open houses that we met Devin where he was showing a client's home. Although he wasn't our agent (yet) he was so easy to talk to, and educated us with so much useful information in the short 10 minutes we spoke. Now fast forward to the open house we looked at right after his. Although this house was out of our price range, it was more like a curious viewing for us. We loved it so much that we ended up leaving... then coming back to look at it again the same day. At this point we realized that the next time we came upon a home that we liked so much, we better be ready with an agent, which we didn't have yet. Called a few people... but didn't feel the connection. Kept thinking back to "that really nice guy" at the open house, Devin. No need to waste time seeing places that we didn't like... he really valued our time! His personality is so easy and he's truly a kind and nice guy. Very genuine. 2) Patience: being this was our very first home-buying experience, we were very lay to everything real estate and needed someone to help us understand the process without feeling rushed. He explained every step to us... buying our first home was truly an enjoyable, exciting experience! 3) Knowledge/Contacts: I was already looking at homes on Zillow and OahuRE... but Devin had so many others that we never saw! There were so many that fit our budget and area we were looking in. I couldn't believe the resources he had! For someone who didn't live here all their life... is young... you'd never know. The wealth of knowledge and associates/contacts he has just blow me away! This is just another plus for his clients. Devin also put us in touch with his go-to guy for our mortgage/loan. He does his homework so you don't have to, and he's always prepared on his client's behalf. This review is to state a violation of the landlord/tenant code when Tom Mukai, a realtor for…read moreLocations LLC, entered my rental unit. I was not informed nor was I never notified from my landlord Gavin Baer, also a agent from Locations LLC, that Tom Mukai had obtained a spare key and was entering my apartment without my knowledge. On June 15, 2026, I received a 45 day vacate notice from my landlord Gavin Baer citing that the owner needed the unit for a family emergency. Later I found out that my family was being vacated because the owner was listing his apartment for sale. The 45 day vacate notice gives me until August 15 to completely vacate the Unit. One of the conditions in the rental agreement is to have the apartment cleaned by a professional cleaner. I had a cleaner scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 9am but there was a miscommunication between the cleaning team. My final inspection was also scheduled on the 31st at 130pm but needed to be rescheduled due to the cleaners not showing up. I contacted my landlord and informed him of the problem and asked if I could schedule the final inspection on August 1st. Gavin Baer told me that he was busy that day but really needed to pick up the keys from me so another agent could take photos for a listing. Gavin stated that he was going to call me back and either schedule the picking up of the keys on Sunday Aug 2nd or Monday Aug 3rd however I never received a call from Gavin. On July 31, 2026, at around 330pm I received a call from the cleaners, who was supposed to clean the unit at 9am. The cleaners apologized for not showing up and not returning my calls and wanted to make things right. They showed up around 415pm and started cleaning the unit. I stayed at the unit and assisted with the clean up. I later removed the window screens and went down to the parking structure to wash the screens. When I returned to the apartment at around 348pm, I found a realtor named Tom Mukai standing inside of my unit while the cleaners was cleaning my apartment. I asked Tom Mukai what are you doing in my unit and he stated that he picked up the spare keys from Gavin Baer. Tom Mukai stated that he was there to take photos of the apartment for his listing. I told Tom Mukai that you are not supposed to be in the unit and Tom stated that my lease agreement ended on July 31, 2026. I told Tom Mukai that my lease agreement is still valid until August 15, 2026, and that I still have all the keys. Tom Mukai kept saying "what's the big deal, it's not a big deal". I told Tom Mukai that you just violated the landlord/tenant code and I immediately called Gavin Baer to inform him of the situation. While talking to Gavin Baer via speakerphone Gavin Baer admitted to giving Tom Mukai the spare keys but stated that he did not know that Tom Mukai would go to the apartment. I was fortunate to have the cleaners as witnesses to the whole incident and called 911 to document this incident in a police report. I also sent Gavin Baer an email stating what occurred and he acknowledged the events that took place however I never received an apology from Gavin Baer or Tom Mukai. Gavin Baer also informed me that I did not have to be present for the final inspection and gave me instructions to lock all of the keys and clickers in the apartment. After the cleaners was completed on the 31st I took photos of the unit and locked the doors. My wife and I have been renting the unit for 6 years and has never missed a payment. We raised two of our children in that unit and was expecting our third child to also be raised in that unit until the 45 day vacate notice was given.
