IMHO I stopped into this cute store earlier in the year and saw some cute tops. I wanted to try them on, but at the time due to recent surgery, didn't want to put pressure on my stitches. After I left, I kept thinking about them. Should've bought 'em then! Cut to 5 months later and I was back in Maui. I made it a point to visit the store again (I didn't even remember the name, but knew it was located in Napili Plaza!) I left with two new form-fitting camisoles in black and beige. Both were reasonably priced. The labels said OS (One size) and I squeezed myself into them. I can breathe in them, so they must fit. LOL Customer service was very friendly. Love this little boutique! I found this place while visiting for my baby moon and I was looking for a dress to use in a last minute maternity photoshoot. The manager working was so kind, she helped me find a few options to try, gave me her opinion or which one she liked best, and even took photos for me that I could send my husband! She was so kind and I am so thankful for her time and assistance while I was in the shop. Photos in the store and final from the shoot are attached. I can't wait to come here post baby and shop! They had the cutest clothes and the most beautiful jewelry!! I went to a bunch of shops in Lahaina before this one and everything was very touristy and didn't have clothes you would wear past your vacation - this shop had clothes I would wear on vacation and beyond! I wish they had an online shop!! I guess I'll just have to wait for our next Maui trip to do a shopping spree here. :) read more

Wow what a beautiful store and great prices! The customer service was excellent and was actually like having your own fashion designer consultant help you with picking out your outfits! I peeked in this little store while on a walk and found so many pretty things at very reasonable prices!! Liz, the owner was very welcoming and a pure delight as she put together some cute outfits! Went in looking for a gift. I asked the associate if I could return the item if I change my mind, she said yes. A week goes by, I go back to return it as I bought some thing else and I told her (different employee from the first one) I wanted to return it & she said we don't do returns only exchanges. I then told her I wish the employee told me that when I asked her and she rudely pointed at her sign that said "exchanges & store credit only" So I looked around but didn't have much time so I ASKED HER.. "should I get the store credit now or bring the item back when I'm ready to exchange?" she said to bring it back when I had time to look around & get something else, ok great.. so when I do get a chance to stop by again the employee tells me it's over 2 weeks so I can't do an exchange. AGAIN, I WISH I WAS FUCKING TOLD????? Why isn't it on your receipt??? I asked her to call the owner & she explained to me that she's off island & doesn't know when she'll be back. What kind of employer doesn't communicate with her staff? So disappointed. I'd give it zero stars if I could. One of the managers agreed to let me exchange BUT was complaining that it was wrinkled.. as if they weren't such a inconvenience already as it is! I told her what do you want me to do steam it??? SHE SAID YES. Not only did I fucking steam it but when I came back to get the new item I saw a steamer they had at the shop right beside her... So you couldn't just do it yourself???? fuck this place, don't shop here. read more

I stumbled on this gem of a boutique a few years back. Each time we visit from the mainland, I find something unique and beautiful to being home. I always get compliments on the clothing I've purchased here. Whether dresses, pants or camisoles, the prices are really nice for quality clothing. The sales ladies, including the owner are as genuine as can be offering great suggestions in what would look great on you. I prefer this boutique over any other stores I've shopped at on the island. I first found Blue Maui 5 years ago when I moved to island and was looking for a place that had unique pieces that I could add to my wardrobe. It was recommended by a co-worker when I had said there wasn't any quality boutiques on the west side of the island. When I tell you I walked in and saw the wonderful variety and size range (up to 3x in some styles) of clothing I was very impressed. As someone who hovers between straight and plus sizes, it's so nice to have a boutique where I can find the perfect item I'm looking for (and some impulse buys I wasn't lol). On top of having a huge amount of success clothing and accessory wise, the real thing that keeps you returning is their associates. These wonderful ladies will guide you through the store and make spot on clothing recommendations to try on. I can safely say a solid amount of my closet is now filled with quality pieces from Blue Maui. I bring everyone who visits me on island to my favorite store and send plenty of my own customers here because I know how well they will be cared for. In the midst of my endless confusing drive around Lahaina being very lost, I stumbled upon Blue Maui Clothing. I'm ALWAYS looking for an occasion dress and Blue fit the bill. What I was SO impressed with is the brands they have at the incredible prices. They have the good boutique brands such as Naked Zebra for a FRACTION of the price. No worries, it is super cute Naked Zebra pieces and I swear the dresses were the same price as what other stores sell the tops for. They also had a good selection of very well priced jewelry, belts, shoes and even Halloween costumes. The owner was extremely personable and I enjoyed chatting with her. Blue Maui is my go to place when I'm in Maui! You can't find a boutique with better prices on the island but most importantly such cute clothing and accessories! Whether your looking for a dress for your evening luau or a perfect beach cover up this is the place to go. No matter how much I try to plan for a vacation to my favorite destination; I never seem to pack the right stuff. The owner is lovely. I came in after busting my knee open while snorkeling in Kapalua Bay; I looked like hell when I walked in and she was so nice and "medicated" me with a glass of champagne. By far the best boutique in Lahaina town where you can find cute clothes that are actually at a reasonable price! There's always a great sale going on, and who would pass that up ? Being that I'm six foot tall it's hard for me to find dresses that are long enough and still small enough to fit around and not be baggy. I used to buy dresses from Mahina but found out they sell the same brands as Jeans Wear house(where you can find cheap crappy clothing) but jack the prices up ten times more. This is our second visit to this store and it does not disappoint. My daughter is 26 and I'm 59 and we both found clothes that we liked at affordable prices. The owner is really personable and helpful not at all pushy. They have dresses, blouses, skirts, pants, jewelry, shoes and some pretty unique items that set it apart for the tourist traps. 70%of the customer base are locals and is off the main drag which means not a high rent district and translates into lower prices. I was surprised to see other reviewer gave $$$$. If you like Mahina, you'll like Blue Clothing. It also has onsite free parking; a plus for Lahaina. I deducted 1 star because we had difficulty finding small sizes but they had a weekend sale before we went. read more
