Most of the fabrics were modal blends and linen. The prints were lovely. I tried on and purchased a beautiful purple print swing dress. It is pretty and comfortable. I asked if it is ever possible to have an item you love made in another fabric or if a different size can be made. The answer was yes--they can do the custom orders. The quality, service, and value are all there. Instead of mass-produced fast fashion, you can get locally-made fun clothes right on Maui. I look forward to visiting again and again.

There's a clearance section, but I love that it appears to also house the patterns for the clothes! When I was shopping, I'm pretty sure the owner was also cutting fabric. So cool to see the clothes being made! I tried on a dress, which the owner pointed out was a little shorter than the others. She offered to make another one if I wanted a longer length. It is here that I discovered the designer Joseph Ribkoff from Canada. The shop carries a wide variety of his pieces and I'm always successful finding something. The shop is lovely, with a great inventory of clothing and accessories. It's worth the trip to this little town to shop and have lunch.
