I was especially fond of the way the rice is so crisp and toasty on the outside, covered in rich seasonings and toppings and yet is so soft and goey on the inside. The multitude of flavors and textures compliment each other very well and it's clear that each dish is a meticulously hand crafted labor of love. The plating of it all was also beautifully done, from the seasme seeds to the sauce drizzle it all was very elegant looking.
