I also ordered beef pho with meatballs, and there were only two tiny meatballs, no beef at all, and the noodles were soggy and overcooked (and not how it looked in the photo advertised). My fiancé took it back so they could fix it. When he got there, he called me so I could speak to the worker. She told me, "I can pour some juice in it, but since you added meatballs, you'd have to buy another $14 combo to get beef because you didn't add beef to your pho." That made no sense why would I order another pho just to get what I already paid for? I told her I did add beef and asked her to check my receipt. She immediately cut me off, said "not my problem," and walked away. I was honestly in shock. I wasn't rude or yelling I just wanted my order corrected. It's just pho, but the customer service made the situation so much worse. She refused a refund or to give me her manager's information. Eventually, she handed my fiancé the soup, but the lid wasn't on correctly, so as soon as he got outside, it spilled all in the bag. At that point, I just threw it away.
