The front desk clerk left at 5 pm, so we were quite concerned our key would not let us back in the hotel after dinner. Thank goodness it did, because the keys didn't work the next mornin, and I would have been locked outa my room. Our room was not cleaned. We only had one towel. Sheets were stained. No toiletries. Not even soap! When I asked Audrey for soap, shampoo and conditioner and towels, I just got one towel, and no just conditioner. Audrey said they had no conditioner, and had no "bar" soap, and then she handed me a partially-used, already opened travel-size liquid facial cleanser. There were two rat/mouse traps positioned under my bedside table. Not a great feeling. The shelf in the shower was broken off and missing. The TV and continental breakfast were a complete waste of time. The leather sofas in the lobby were cracked and worn, and looked like they had sat outside in the sun all summer. Too bad. They made an effort to refurbish the place, but didn't hire the right people to look after it. Sad story and a waste of my money. BUYER BEWARE!

Rather than attempting to sleep in a room with no AC I picked him up and he stayed the night with us in our Airbnb. The following morning (Saturday) he went to his room showered and left the room. Long story short he never once slept in the hotel room which was purchased from Friday - Sunday. Per the Hotel manager since the shower was used there was no option for a refund.. pretty expensive shower $428 to be exact. Poor communication on managements part and pretty disappointed how the entire situation was handled.

The shower had hair in it, the water never got warmer than lukewarm, the shower gel dispenser was empty, and there was an obvious spill on the floor next to the bed that hadn't been cleaned. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk would only speak to my husband and completely ignored me, even though I was asking the questions. I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional. We've decided we won't be staying here again. We'll be taking our business to the DoubleTree near the Marketplace instead. This experience was so disappointing that we're checking out early and driving home rather than spending another night here.

It's located across from a small hospital and has a very large parking lot. I was able to check in seamlessly through the app with my requests for certain room type honored. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Luckily I was placed on the quiet side away from the freeway. I had no issues and I look forward to staying again. It's located very close to the freeway and many restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Very nice!

The pool outside is also beautiful with an outdoor bar, and appears to be two jacuzzis. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating with a covered outdoor patio. IF and a big if, you want the cookie for every person at arrival, ensure that everyone checks in together. It's only provided to the guest at check-in. Coffee and tea are complimentary while water bottles in the room are $3 per bottle unless booked through Hilton as a member. The room is spacious and the window has a two-set shade for lighting control instead of curtains. It comes equipped with a smart TV that can be hooked up to services like Netflix, Apple TV and more. If your stay is short, five days or less, and do not require housekeeping, it's best to forego the service. Trash can be easily left outside of the room or brought to the bins by the parking areas. We returned to our room on the third day, after skipping service on the second day, with fresh towels even though the towels were hung. The bed was made although with not so fresh sheets. You can most certainly tell it wasn't. It wasn't dirty to begin with, but it would've been nice to have gotten fresh sheets. The concierge staff continued to be warm and courteous at checkout as well. I won't mind staying here again.

Good breakfast buffet - plenty of selection including gluten-free options, not only pretty good food but good coffee and not only do they offer decaf, but it's GOOD decaf. And that's just the coffee in the breakfast room - there's a cool espresso machine in the lobby/dining area. Great water pressure again, good A/C, plenty of USB outlets, a nice couch and second television in the suite. I just don't see staying anywhere else in Casa Grande. And we won't. I had to call a few days ahead of time to clarify a detail, and I'm pretty sure - in retrospect, having now met her in person, that it was Pam who handled my call, because she was pleasant and personable. Plus I called ahead the day of check-in to see if we could check in a little early and she accommodated the request cheerfully, and she turned out to be the one who checked us in. She was warm and welcoming, and the check-in experience was flawless. And I had several interactions with her after check in, each one pleasant and helpful. But even housekeeping (you heard me - yes, housekeeping, and we're only here for two nights) staff were friendly and helpful. I returned to the room to find housekeeping finishing up the room, no big deal, so I went downstairs to hang out in the lobby and planned to go back up in 10-15 minutes to see if the room was finished. Not FIVE minutes later, Pam comes over to let me know that the room was ready. Housekeeper called her to let her know, and she let ME know, in turn. WOW! Who does that? That is knock-your-socks-off service! Now, the details. - Hotel overall and the room itself are clean and even fresh-smelling. - USB outlets at the bedside and one on the work desk - strong WiFi - Free parking - Great location (not only central but nicer area that feels safe) - Complimentary breakfast - Cool espresso machine in the lobby - Spacious room - Excellent water pressure in the shower (and sink) - Not only a microwave, but a virtually full size refrigerator - MUCH bigger than the standard mini-fridge. And colder. You can comfortably store food/leftovers and beverages in it. - Cool window blinds - Air conditioning worked really well Areas for improvement - just one for me, and this is personal preference; the mattress was a little soft for me, and the pillows a little small, so the mattress slid out away from the headboard as I sat up to watch TV a couple of times. Not the end of the world, but a minor inconvenience. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Casa Grande.

The one night cost me $265 after taxes and I booked a double queen room because that was the only option available at the time I made my reservation about six weeks ago. Single bed rooms have marginally lower rates and are around $230-250 per night after taxes. There are other hotels on this street with lower rates but the only reason I stayed at this hotel is because I needed one more credit to get bumped up to the next rewards level with Best Western. The Best Western "Plus" hotels are marketed as a higher tier and I'm sure some of them are, but most of the Plus hotels I've stayed at are pretty much the same as a standard Best Western (including this one) and in a couple of cases, worse than the standard. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase at the front desk but the employee at the front desk said I could grab a couple bottles of water. Breakfast is served from 6am-9am on weekdays and 7am-10am on weekends. Thy have the typical options like sausage patties, eggs, diced potatoes, cereal, fruit, granola, waffles (you have to make them yourself), bagels, toast, and a special mix of scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links, green onions, and jalapenos. The food tasted alright but the hot items were a little undercooked. The employees are nice and offered to get me something else if I needed anything. I was here for less than 12 hours because I got in really late and had to leave really early the following morning. I might stay here again, but only if I can't get a room at one of the other (cheaper) hotels nearby.
