A few of the gray hairs I found in our sheets
    D L.

Please note we may have just gotten unlucky, and I do not believe every experience will be the same as ours. Service : staff is very nice, warm, and welcoming. Some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a non luxury hotel Room: spacious and homey, especially for the price! Feels like a mini suite. The rooms aren't as soundproof as I'd like as I can hear the Tv in the next room, but they may have had it excessively loud. Cleanliness- upon first glance it was a 5/5. After taking a shower and getting into bed, it plummets to a 1. Our room had hair EVERYWHERE. I found brunette hair in the sink, at the toilet base, and in the tub. It wasn't even hard to see - anyone would've seen it. I went to bed and have found MULTIPLE gray hairs in it!!!! I put my hands under the pillow to sleep - gray hair. My leg felt something on the sheets - gray hair. I've seen hair in the shower at hotels a couple times in my life, but never in my life have I found hair in bed! Lastly, I had an allergic reaction to SOMETHING in this room! It might be whatever detergent they use on the face towels/pillows, or maybe the bathroom faucet is contaminated with something . I used all my regular skin care products as i usually do. Each night after I washed my face here, my face developed red itchy semi-raised patches an hour after. It could only be calmed down my moisturizing face creams. I've never in my life had this happen!! Everything else about is so great. Usually I'd give a 1 for finding SO much hair, and i have no clue what caused my face to flare up. I'm hoping we just got unlucky. Im not upset with my stay, but just disappointed. Please RETRAIN house keeping!!

First time at this Hotel location in Florence, Arizona. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Room has all the amenities and good WiFi. They have a breakfast for guests that starts about 6:30. Burger King is within walking distance. Not many choices for accomodations in Florence or Coolidge, Arizona.

    Decent size room.

Dirty and the front desk staff was very rude. Not worth the money!! They need to do so much updating to make it worth the price charged.

The front desk clerk left at 5 pm, so we were quite concerned our key would not let us back in the hotel after dinner. Thank goodness it did, because the keys didn't work the next mornin, and I would have been locked outa my room. Our room was not cleaned. We only had one towel. Sheets were stained. No toiletries. Not even soap! When I asked Audrey for soap, shampoo and conditioner and towels, I just got one towel, and no just conditioner. Audrey said they had no conditioner, and had no "bar" soap, and then she handed me a partially-used, already opened travel-size liquid facial cleanser. There were two rat/mouse traps positioned under my bedside table. Not a great feeling. The shelf in the shower was broken off and missing. The TV and continental breakfast were a complete waste of time. The leather sofas in the lobby were cracked and worn, and looked like they had sat outside in the sun all summer. Too bad. They made an effort to refurbish the place, but didn't hire the right people to look after it. Sad story and a waste of my money. BUYER BEWARE!

I made sure to ask questions, so I knew there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room and brought my own cooler. They were great about supplying ice for it. HOWEVER, there was no tea room, bar (the signs on the door say "Tea room and Bar") or meal service other than a "continental" breakfast. It was 1 bagel, 1 muffin and 2 slices of bread in a baggie. There was coffee, OJ and cranberry juice, no fruit, no breakfast sandwiches, nothing of note for the hype. I've had better at cheaper places. On the website we say pictures of table settings, a professional kitchen and even pictures of the food. Then when I saw that I was disappointed that we were paying over 200$ a night and couldn't even get a working TV. The front door locks in the late afternoon so you're expected to enter and exit through the back door. That's $425 and a whole weekend I'll never get back. To top it off, it was our anniversary.

When my wife and I got to the hotel, we were able to go straight to our room and use the room key in the Hilton app to unlock the door. When we walked inside, we were amazed at how spacious and clean the room was. We REALLY appreciated the fact that they left the AC on so the room was nice and cool when we got there. Thanks for everything and my wife and I look forward to staying there in the future!

The pool outside is also beautiful with an outdoor bar, and appears to be two jacuzzis. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating with a covered outdoor patio. IF and a big if, you want the cookie for every person at arrival, ensure that everyone checks in together. It's only provided to the guest at check-in. Coffee and tea are complimentary while water bottles in the room are $3 per bottle unless booked through Hilton as a member. The room is spacious and the window has a two-set shade for lighting control instead of curtains. It comes equipped with a smart TV that can be hooked up to services like Netflix, Apple TV and more. If your stay is short, five days or less, and do not require housekeeping, it's best to forego the service. Trash can be easily left outside of the room or brought to the bins by the parking areas. We returned to our room on the third day, after skipping service on the second day, with fresh towels even though the towels were hung. The bed was made although with not so fresh sheets. You can most certainly tell it wasn't. It wasn't dirty to begin with, but it would've been nice to have gotten fresh sheets. The concierge staff continued to be warm and courteous at checkout as well. I won't mind staying here again.
