I'm so pleased I did because she offers a turnkey service, which is exactly what I needed. We packed up a POD, we turned over the house to Calibrie to organize, state, publicize and conduct the sale. Her cleaning and landscaping crew, Carla and Bernard, cleaned inside and out to make the house ready for the next owners. Meanwhile, I was in my new home and didn't have to handle any of the selling, giving away or cleaning. Could I have made more money if I'd handled it myself? Perhaps, but the hassle and stress wouldn't have been worth it. Yes, I'd recommend using Debbie and her team. Oh, and they even rescued some very important personal letters I mistakenly left behind.

First off, I'm retired; but, with that being said I was a Trust Officer with a major bank & trust…read morecompany and managed real estate assets for Trusts, Estates & Guardianships. One of my fiduciary responsibilities was to hire estate sales companies and/or auctioneers. All the people that I hired on behalf of our wards or beneficiaries or for our trustees were first and foremost extremely polite and professional. They welcomed the buyers with a greeting and the did their housekeeping. They did not come out first thing telling potential buyers how they "might be angry at the prices unless they know what they are buying and the worth" and then demanding that the buyers step back because she needed to bring items out for fear we the buyers might steal items (when there were things left inside that were worth way more). Many buyers standing in the line made comments like "well she's made me not want to buy anything". I was the 2nd buyer with my husband who was right behind me and I was looking only for 3 items. The first was the beautiful metal art piece with the crane and fish and other artwork on it. It was beautiful but at $275 it was way above my budget. I would have negotiated a lower price if we had been encouraged to do so but and the pricey items she made it clear there would be know room. She did state that later in the day she might mark it down; well the sale was only 3 hours which was not long enough for those of us willing to come back. We all observed her also bringing a print, a basket and a few other pieces out of the house that she wanted for herself and put it under the table (hopefully she paid for it as I trust her about as much as she trusted us). I was also looking for the Roseville that was advertised, remember now I was the 2nd person inside of the house and I couldn't fine it anywhere. So outside I went and asked her if she could tell me where the Roseville was and she proceeded to tell me she didn't know where it was. I then asked if she could please take a few minutes and show me where it is and she stated she couldn't do that and I then asked her if someone inside could and she said they wouldn't know where it was only she did. I asked her if she knew where it was and she said in the dining area; which I went and looked again in bothe the dining room at the front of the house and in the dinette area near the kitchen and could not find any Roseville. I went back outside again to let her know I still couldn't find it; she got kind of pissy with me and I told her I was going to write a bad review on her business and of course she jumped up right away to go in and find it drawing attnetion to us by speaking loudly and I informed her I was still going to write a bad review and she yelled out FU and refused to show me and that all happened before she jumped up and told me then it must of already sold. Which if it had she could have checked her receipts since she had stated previously she handled the sales. Worst experience I have ever had and the worst in customer treatment to uphold her fiduciary responsibility to her clients. Respectully, MS Moore-Sinklair
