They staff was friendly and willing to help. The lady even asked if we wanted anything to drink or something to eat. I laughed thinking what are you going to feed me? But, it was simply doughnuts but at least she offered. So, when offering the rapid refund loan it sounded like a good idea. The person I went with wasn't getting a million dollars or anything, but the amount of money that they would have taken for the service wasn't worth getting the quick business. Sadly, we had to leave with no check and wait to go online to do free filing instead. The other customers seemed satisfied, so Instant Tax Service is probably great for some people and for others maybe not. Everyone is different so maybe you'll be able to try them out and rate them for yourself.
