He is honest, and a fine person. His crew has been with him for years because of that. I never removed a tree before, and the city permit application needs some docs like site plan which I am not familiar. They helped me a lot during the whole process, made files I needed for the permit and finally got the permit approved (thanks god the city didn't ask for the arborist report). They showed up on the scheduled day and got the work done faster than I expected. In addition, their price is very reasonable.
