Blue Panda made Friday the 13th a fun and memorable one! Two of my cousins and I decided to get piercings as they were offering a great promotion for the day. There was no wait, the intake was very quick and organized. The establishment is incredibly clean, and Paola was the best! She was fanatastic to chat with and took extra time with each of us to ensure that we were satisfied with placement. She was so fun and sweet, she even allowed us all in the same room together as some of us were a bit nervous. We were all incredibly happy with the end result and were given instructions to clean and upkeep and when to return to downsize! Highly recommend this place for piercings, all together the three of us got earlobe piercings, a helix piercing, and a conch piercing. They're healing well and I personally look forward to the next one! read more

Way overpriced. Charges by the hour. Takes an excessive amount of time. Took 5 sessions of $800 each to finish my half sleeve. I watched him go over the same lines over and over and over again as if he was just extending the time. Canceled on me twice and didn't advise until I got there. It took almost a full calendar year to complete, then he still said "I wont charge you this last session, just tip me and we're good". It was the final touch ups. I had my other arm done somewhere else with just as good talent for much much much less money. read more

do NOT go here for a first SIMPLE AND SMALL tattoo or a walk in! at least not with joseph. i for sure am not coming back. my first tattoo i decided to ask if they had space for a walk in and the girl said if the other scheduled girl didn't come back they could do my SMALL tattoo (she apparently had a medium sized piece and hers alone would take until they closed which is why she said they could only if she wouldn't be back, i even showed her the reference and how big i wanted it). i waited patiently and asked how much she thought it would be for my SMALL tattoo, she was no help, then switched topic so i never got an answer but thought nothing of it considering how small it was. i had done enough research on my own to have some kind of price range idea (of maybe $50-$75 considering i was a walk in too) and yet tell me why i got charged 105 DOLLARS??! i even looked at him like waiting for a "i didn't mean to put that" or something along those lines of it being an error but no he told me i could put in my card already and he looked annoyed and like he wanted to leave already. he didn't take longer than 30 mins, and i thought it looked fine because i was excited but how are you gonna charge $105 for a tattoo that was barely TWO INCHES BIG if that?!! not to mention the fact that it's not even shaded in all the way (and yes i was aware that maybe it would need a touchup considering the two people that needed to be filled in, but there was no way i was going back after i got charged 105 wth!) what's worse is i still tipped him $10 as courtesy, which was not deserved at all considering how much i was already charged and the attitude throughout the time i spent with him. (i can't imagine what a big piece of his like the one on the shops instagram page costs) i don't want to discredit any of the other artists but i still wouldn't recommend this place because they even fucked up my industrial piercing about a year or so prior to this tattoo (it was a male but i forgot his name so just be aware!) read more

They gave my husband excellent service but me not so much which was incredibly disappointing. I had met the artist that was said to be good with doing the design I wanted. I have chronic pain so I wasn't able to come in for a while and when I did he told me he could do it. I gave him a list of the things wanted and we kept in touch. He did everything last minute and I had to basically get on the his ass about the design. I received a basic design and it wasn't even finished yet. I told him I wanted new things added because I wasn't exactly thrilled and the response I received was so passive aggressive. He kept trying to convince me of what it would look like instead of taking my words into consideration or giving me advice and options. I told him when I was available and didn't receive a response for a week. I messaged him to find out what the hold up was and apparently I had to drive 45mins to come in and notify the front desk? This didn't make sense to me because I took the middle man(front desk) out and spoke to the artist personally. It was like a slap in the face. Another passive aggressive move. I left a 100$ deposit in the beginning because at the time I was so sure I wanted this artist but as the time went on I started questioning it. Is this really the kind of person I want to do a tattoo that will be with me forever? I asked for a refund but was told that that it was nonrefundable because they had to draw the design. I told him in so many words that it wasn't worth the hundred dollars and I would pay half. Again my request was denied and he said he would send me a photo of the design which btw I never got. He even went on to say that I could make a last-minute appointment after I told him I will be out of town for an unknown amount of time due to VA appts and family matters. I made sure to let them know that last minute work is unacceptable, especially to me. I have several tattoos and this tattoo that I had wanted was going to take time. It was very insulting that this was even an option that was suggested. Maybe he was having a bad month or something and I was the one who suffered. Money comes and goes so that's not really the biggest issue here it was just the way I was treated and the principle of the matter. I will definitely not be coming back here. read more

My boyfriend had an interview and the night before we tried everything to take off his earrings. 4 different people tried and no one could get them off. He went in and Andrew was so incredibly kind. Please go with Andrew he is so nice I had my nose pierced by someone else and previous piercer was rude and messed up my nose pierced I when to Andrew to replace my piercing from my nose bc it was not healing and the stud the other piercer did was small, Andrew helped me changed the piercing at no cost and did it so professionally done it's hard to find someone that wants to touch someone's else job and he was amazing I highly recommend you go with Andrew he truly is knowledgeable and also told me the size of my earring he input which is a 20g. So well I haven't gotten a tattoo here yet but I got my septum piercing done here after my hole had closed up almost a year prior to coming here and I was scared as hell because of the scar tissue. But the guy who did my piercing (SAM) was super nice and comforting and getting my second piercing done here was much less painful than the first time when I got it done at notorious. For someone who's witnessed the horrifying pain of getting a septum piercing twice.. this place was AWESOME! I definitely recommend it! read more

We walked in and no one said a word to us after 10ins of looking through artists portfolios. 1 person was talking to friends and the other 2 sat in tattoo area. No one was getting tattooed. A female artist walked out from the back and didn't give a second glance. They all spoke to one another across the shop but we were completely ignored.
