It was hard enough to find someone who would pierce a 5 year old in El Paso, but with a quick consultation the owner decided she was ready. My daughter sat through both piercings all by herself. (Which was a shocker, she doesn't talk to any strangers, not her doctor, not her dentist. But she was having a full conversation with the owners. All done by the owner and staff themselves, you can see they are very meticulous to detail. Although there are great artists there, I've been with Chicago since 2020. It's not like any other tattoo shop I've been to before. There's a process and Chicago is loyal to the process. He first seeks to understand and then he seeks to be understood.
