I could book and pay online, and payment wasn't due until time of delivery, which meant I got to see what I was getting before I paid! I have been meaning to write a review since may. I have to say this was the best place to get all of my daughter's stuff for her 1st birthday. I ordered a bounce house, cotton candy machine, and 3 games. Because I had such a high bill they through in free delivery. Chris the gentleman I was dealing with was so nice and answered all my emails right away. I ended up needing a grill and an extra table and because I needed the grill he through in the table at no cost. They showed up on time to set everything up, went over how to use the cotton candy Machine and and we're just overall very friendly. They seemed more like friends than someone dropping off equipment. I felt like I was a difficult customer because I planned so late, but they kept a pleasant demeanor. They have amazing customer service. Chris, the owner, was able to assist me in my selection and kept great communication with me from the beginning of my selection and my fickle decisions throughout the entire ordeal. He was able to accommodate to our decision and dropped off the item on time and had it until the following day. Customer Service: it was amazing from the beginning to the end. We kept in contact via email and phone. They helped set it up and showed us the hose. You are able to cancel your order at any time with no fees. If you order more than one, I was informed that if you are to cancel that all of it would have to be cancelled and not just one. Cleanliness: the item was clean with no scent. Product: it was just as described and as shown in their website. We rented the Tropical Splash Combo. Deal: they were able to drop off the item early. You can have the item for overnight, which makes it amazing fun at no extra cost. They also have a deal to have a second concession item for $25.00 off. They do not have a military discount for you veterans, which was not a problem. I will love to work with them again. They are definitely a MUST when looking for party fun and good service.
