Unfortunately the issue persisted, worsened, grew larger, and further attempts to contact him yielded no response. None. Call and texts went unanswered. Time period: March - December, 2024. An at-home consultation with Sherwin-Williams' manufacturers' rep, revealed the solvent-based stain should never have been applied in moisture conditions. A visit was made, early December of 2024, to the business address listed on the webpage in an effort to discuss the situation. Oscar refused to address our concerns. He refused to talk with my husband. We are disappointed in OR Painting's lack of accountability and professionalism. We caution others against hiring the company for outdoor concrete projects.
