Awful. Rudy the driver left us , two seniors, stranded at airport at two am. Kept saying that they only wait 15 minutes. Getting a gate, then unloading a full plane and walking to baggage. Then waiting for baggage. Took a long time. I was assured that they know when plane is late. I know he was picking up other fares, and left us stranded. Buyer beware. Do not hire this company. We hired them for our daughters military ball in March. We have an account with a company in Orlando that we have been using for all of our outings and tours for the last 10 years but thought we would try a company in town . Hoping it would be someone we would use locally. Unfortunately that wasn't the case . The limo they sent was broke, had we know it was broke we would have never let our daughter and her friends take this limo. We found out after the fact. When we called the owner his response was " Well it wasn't that bad and that we couldn't get the part in time to fix it". I said " You should have said something about the limo being broke and cancelled the reservation". He also said that they had a few more limos available but didn't replace the broken one. How someone can put people lives in danger is beyond me. If he will do this for high school kids he would do this to anyone. We tired to work something out with him , but that hasn't worked out, he offered $100 . I feel that if you offer a 100% and you pay 100% you should get 100%, we received 50% . I thought it would be fare to split the cost and let it be . Again unfortunately that wasn't the case . The owner became irate and vulgar due to use calling this out. I can't believe this company is in business . We have reported this to FDOT as well. Do your self a favor and don't hire this company . read more

Absolutely tremendous. Erv and his team were the transportation for my daughters wedding. From the hotel to the event site with numerous different shifts, as people had to be there at different times to, all well done. Then again afterwards, with people going back to the hotel (again numerous shifts and times) and maybe a little more woo-hoo! in their voices, all very well done. We all enjoyed the vehicles and the fact that we could have an adult beverage or two during the trip.
