There were A LOT of people there though, so there wasn't much social distancing going on. Like a previous review said, in the gym, there was a black fabric on the bleachers creating space, but it didn't do much for social distancing to be honest. People were sitting all on top of one another. So, I went upstairs and distanced myself. The food was GROSS!! The cafe opened at 10 am & we were starving. We purchased a cheeseburger combo with fries and a Gatorade along with chicken strips. The food LOOKED good, but it definitely didn't taste good. The chicken strips were HARD AS ROCKS & cold. The fries were cold too. Later, we tried pizza hoping it would be better & the crust was hard and dry. I don't expect a 5-star meal. I just expect their expensive food to be edible. We were there all day & I didn't have any issues outside of the food. There was also a Kona Ice vendor & a flavored-nut vendor there too. My son enjoyed the Kona Ice & the prices were reasonable based on size.

I wouldn't bother signing up as a free agent without knowing members of the team/the captain pretty well. Some of the captains they rely on are as rude, dishonest, and incompetent as the league officials. The league will tell you they can move you to a new team if you don't get along or are mistreated by the team you're assigned to, then they will wait too long or end up not bothering/lie and tell you it's too late as apparently this league is too serious. Even if there are games remaining in the regular season. If you like having rainout games not being made up and credits not being offered as stated in the terms and conditions then go ahead and sign up. If you like being told specific rules have been disregarded because of apparent captain votes the league didn't announce go ahead. If you want to be assigned to a field you didn't sign up for with no explanation or apology, then be scheduled to play starting as late as 10pm go ahead. This is a ripoff and inconsiderate. I have been polite and am being treated like crap. Don't bother discussing refunds in any circumstances. They probably wouldn't give one even if they cancelled the season. If the league disbanded they would probably try to give you leftover shirts as a comp instead of your money back. Highlightsof the park are having neat public restroom, dogs are allowed and nice picnic tables. Park Amenities include 12 Tennis Courts, 5 Turf Multi-Use Rectangle Fields, 5 Picnic Pavilions, 4 Youth Baseball/Softball Fields, 3 Outdoor Basketball Courts, 2 Playgrounds, Batting Cages, Big Creek Greenway access, Braille Trail, Dog Park, Paved Walking Trail approximately 1.5 miles, Skate Park, Track and Field Area. Recreation Center Amenities include 2 Indoor Basketball Courts, Cardio-Weight Room, Indoor Walking Track, Dance Classroom, Fitness Classroom, Community Room, Multipurpose Classroom, Showers and Restrooms. One of the trails leads to Halcyon, which takes over an hour if walking at a fast pace. This park has tons of amenities, but the real hidden gem is the free run club every Tuesday at 7PM by the track. There is a nice skate and bike park there as well. Got to see several deer along the trail as well. I like how much nature this park has, many deers roam in the park. Dog must be leashed as there is wildlife present. Multiple picnic areas that varies in size. Four picnic pavilions that can be reserved, ample free parking but there is no shade on slides and swings. Play ground for kids and lots of space for different age groups to meet and do some fun activities. Well worth a visit any time of the year. If you are out this way definitely check it out.
