They have a beautiful fish tank in there that is very calming to look at. Then Alaina the dental assistant came out and took me to get a thorough and extensive x rays and photos of myself and my mouth. Alaina is very personable, knowledgeable and sweet. Alaina makes sure you feel comfortable through it all. . Then Rebecca did my cleaning, she was also very good, gentle and thorough. This was the first time meeting Dr. Kassidy Lewis and I loved her. Dr. Kassidy Lewis did the most extensive detailed post cleaning exam and explained and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan they are putting together for me!! I had a question after I was all done. and Alaina went to ask her my concern and Alaina came back and said Dr. Lewis wants to come back in if you could wait a few minutes. Dr. Lewis is really sweet. Then on the way out the front desk told me to help myself to some snacks or a beverage!! I highly recommend this state of the art dental practice.

I was on a soft diet for a month because of pain. THEN I complained about a sore jaw another visit, I asked if xray showed anything, he said " its a bite wing, wont show that". Well dumbass, move the xray towards the area hurting and take a film, DUHHHHHHHH. that didnt happen. The office staff are great, plus my hygenist Stephanie.AWESOME!!!!! Just hope you dont have to deal with Russell himself. Also I go every 4-6 months for cleaning and he raised the price $$$$$$ saying I was now periodontal maintenance. SCAM, just a way to make more money. Then he terminated me as a patient!!!! I guess I was getting tooo vocal. go figure???

So, I happen to run into a gal at a gig we were playing, and guess what, she's a hygienist, she works for a Dr Moss up in Young Harris not far from me, I had her number, text her and she got me in for Monday, word of warning, stay away from Aspen Dental if you can.

However, they refuse to accept some of the biggest carriers insurance plans out there. Disappointing as we just moved to Ellijay and needed a Dental provider for the 4 of us. Between us, we have three difference carriers (Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna) and they refused to be in network with any of those. Not exactly fly by night small carriers. I would highly encourage you to find another provider that will value your money as much as they value their own.
