The dentists are the absolute BEST within southeast Tennessee and so trustworthy! I had taken one of my children somewhere else and was told they needed a root canal. I went to Dr. Newman at Pediatric Dentistry and was told the tooth was a baby tooth that would come out in the few months and he would do it if I wanted but the pain my child would go through (not to mention the cost of the procedure) should be considered. Needless to say, the tooth came out in less than two months with no issues and no giant bill! On top of that he saw us at a moments notice when my youngest son was in pain after a procedure by the first dentist I took them to and he fixed it in no time. She puts customers "in line" with her arrogant, intimidating personality. Real unpleasant experience! Poor communication from her or her lack of staff, also a negative cuz no one is there for long to answer calls of work there. "Care" is unpleasant with her abrupt personality. Offers of services that are high priced and not necessary are also pushed on patients.
