My wife called them earlier this week to have them come out and take a look at (4) outdoor spotlights they installed a few years ago & two wall outlets that were't working either... completing unrelated. She was told the service call would be $300 (includes one hour labor) and after that $250/hour plus parts. Perhaps I'm ill-informed but that seemed pretty stiff to me. As an 72 year old retired veteran it's just hard for me to get up on a ladder but was inspired to fix myself. Spots are operational and working on outlets. Cancelled our appointment with them tomorrow and Byrd won't be my first call or even second call for service in future.

As well as some technology firmware that had to be Applied to get the system working correctly. The only hiccup was the data cable that was missed during the initial pull of cable which ended up costing a little extra, but the guys were able to provide that service on a Saturday, which is nice.
