Then you charged me for march and it shows me as an active customer still. Every time I call in it takes forever to get any help or resolve to my issues. You owe me money in a refund. This is out of control how horrible your customer service is and how little you care to take care of your service and customers. Ten weeks later update. It took a week of no service to cancel. It took them over a week after that to actually remove the internet. Then they never refunded the month of February. They charged me for march. And they owed me money for over charging me from months before. They refuse to pay me so now we will be going another route to handle this. I would avoid this company like the plague at all costs!!! Even the supposed owner who replied has no clue what her or the parent company have done or are doing. In today's business climate I can't belive that this kind of customer service is tolerated by anyone. They have to be paying people for reviews or offering deals to get them at signup. .

After an ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE visit to the New Holland store, from which I…read morewalked away without purchasing a plan or a phone (stay away from that store), I tried one more time at the Ephrata store. Best decision I could have made! I spoke to Chris. What a guy! The man spent the next two hours helping me. He had to undo the mess that the New Holland store had made. They had created an account for me despite the fact that I had purchased NOTHING. It took a call to corporate and half hour of time to get that debacle fixed, but Chris hung in there and made sure he did all he could to get that mess cleaned up. After he got that done, he spent time explaining to my son the various options for phones available to him. Chris didn't go "latest and greatest" on us. He worked inside our budget to get us solid, state of the art equipment at as little cost to us as possible. After helping my son, Chris helped me pick out a surprise phone for my wife for Christmas and pulled it off with her right there. Chris answered all my questions, did everything he could to save me money, and genuinely took care of all my customer service needs. He explained all the plans available to me, didn't hard sell the extras, but did make me aware of them. I did take advantage of the protection plans he offered. All the way around, Chris was knowledgeable about his products, his plans and his job. I genuinely felt cared about. The store was busy and the staff was just great all the way around. Both Chris and his fellow associate knew what they were doing. If you need a T Mobile store to develop a relationship with, Ephrata is the place to go.
