Also the fact that they only except cash is also concerning, I can see that perhaps they have received bad checks in the past, but a Debit or Credit card is a safe way to operate. I took our newly acquitted fur baby into get a bath, and groomed. easy...not. she is a miniature…read morepoodle, we had to take her because her human had to be put into a home. it didn't seem to me that she'd been groomed for a bit so I was taking her to have this done. my first red flag should have been the cash only policy. I took her in and within an hour or two I was called and told she was ready. I do not think she was bathed, (because I just gave her a bath today and the water just to get her wet was brown as crap) this is an indoor dog for the most part. I could see the hair around her eyes had been trimmed. but not much of anything else, her pads were hairy as hell. I think they did the least amount they had to, sprayed her with some god awful scent and put a bandana on her. I didn't hang around long because she was shaking when I dropped her off and not much better when I picked her up. I will never use this place again. currently, I'm going on u tube. I'll learn to cut her hair on my own. at least I know I'm giving it my all. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to take your fur babies, not all people are as dedicated as they should be.

Foothills has been our primary veterinarian group for the past 3-4 years. Shortly after we moved to…read morethe area a feral cat came along and took up residence in our barn. A few months later she showed up with a litter of kittens and said, "you've been feeding me, will you feed my babies "? We helped her wean her litter and she began to let us pet her...if she felt like not hissing at us. I called every veterinarian office in the area and this was the first group I found that was willing to handle ferals. It took several months to trap some of the cats but we were determined to get everyone spayed/neutered before we ended up with another litter. Foothills was great to work with and very understanding when I had to cancel an appointment on short notice because we were able to catch a cat. We actually had to trap 3 of them that were too feral at the time to handle. Today I was back with my alpha male. Although he's been neutered he frequently gets into cat fights as he insures that no other cats move into his territory. Fortunately he is no longer feral and easy to handle. The vet always discusses treatment options and takes time to answer questions. The staff here is also extremely nice and great to work with. I trust them totally with my fur babies.

When I went up to the counter, I told them the name, and was asked "are you waiting here"? I said yes, and nothing else was said. I stood in front of the counter not understanding if I was done checking in or not. After 10 minutes, another customer came in stood behind me. I decided to take a seat and wait and see if they needed more information. After another 10 minutes, a Tech called me into a room. Both the Tech and the actual Vet were very nice, and professional. When the exam was done, I was told to wait back in the reception area. After a few minutes, another Tech came out and hand me notes from the doctor. I waited for another 15 minutes before the first Tech came out and asked why was I still there. I replied that I was waiting to pay. That's when a woman from behind the counter said, "oh, come up". I paid up and left. While no one was rude or anything like that, I just think their customer interaction leaves something to be desired. Maybe it's just me? I'll try one more time to see how it goes.
