Almost all plastic trim pieces on my Escalade came back with a white discoloration from their steam cleaning, my backseat was folded down and they never bothered to clean or wipe the seats down and just left it lying down. I also noticed that there was still a handful of food stains and crumbs from the previous owner (just purchased this car and had it detailed) still sitting there that never got touched or cleaned up. there was condensation from their machine I found inside of the analog clock on my car and it had lots of water in other areas pooled up. There was a lot of little things but it all added up, the only nice thing was how well my chrome rims shined again. Other then the wheels it looked like a marginal job, everyone was super nice!

He even noticed a few scratches on the roof of one of our vehicles, that he was able to buff out. They came with all the necessary equipment, and they used environmentally safe (green) products; I was even able to pay by credit card. I have used this shop previously and they did a fine job (when they first opened). However, the service is incredibly inconsistent and the customer service from Clarence is insulting. Clarence could care less about your time or providing information. Less than 20 minutes after receiving a verbal quote for various services from the other front of house person - he has always been great - and returning with my vehicle, Clarence let me know that he could not give me further information and I would have to sit and wait until they could get me in, 3 hours later. I indicated that I received a quote earlier and he said he was too busy to look into it, because he had phone calls. This is not the first adverse experience with this shop, particularly Clarence, and I would avoid it at all costs, if possible. Stay away, if at all possible and, if Clarence is serving you, ask for another representative. **Follow up - the shop in Eagle Vail quoted about $200 less and did so in writing. If I could give negative stars for customer service, I would.

I realize that it's tough to attract, train and retain good help in an area like Summit County, but they've lied to me, refused to do requested service and made avoidable errors during recent visits, so I no longer go there. I was told that they could not change my Toyota's "closed system" transmission fluid and that I would have to "go to the dealer." Wrong - there are others in the county who can do this using fluid pumps. They refused to change differential fluid when they detected a "leak" - yet THEY had been the last ones to perform that same service on that vehicle! Lastly, they asked me to start my engine BEFORE it had been refilled with oil, despite all the back-and-forth banter between the service workers! That was the last straw...

They price gouged me because I was traveling and needed my vehicle to return home so they take advantage of that situation when people are traveling and have no other means. What a way to screw people out of there money and these guys give no F****! great customer service!! I made it home and still had the same issue took it to another auto repair shop and the thermostat housing looked like it was never changed and was so worn that it looked like my old one and it had a crack in it.
