She initially quoted me $150 for a yard of black mulch. Then when I came back in about 10 mins later, she corrected herself by swearing and dropping F bombs. Very professional! Then I had to drive there a total of THREE times because when she works she does not answer the phone. And I mean for HOURS of not answered the phone. And she does not return messages. My rocks were delivered today. She completely mis-calculated the amount I needed. She doesn't know what she is doing. You would think you would train your employee how to calculate how much of an item someone would need. You do work at a stone yard!!! And the paper for the calculations was sitting right in front of her and she didn't use it. I gave her the square footage, well actually a bit more than I should have needed and the depth. Raul JR, was unfortunately not working, he showed me the paper that she needed to use for 3" of depth versus 2. Well I am still about 3/4 of a yard short on the rock I needed because of HER miscalculation. I am so pissed! I paid a $100 delivery fee and I don't have enough. I called another local stone yard to see how much I should have ordered just to verify her inaccuracy. The only good part was the delivery driver was super nice. That's it. I would not recommend this place at all!

Over the years I have been here to pick up some piping, connectors and master valves. My son had some damage to his irrigation system, where the previous owner put in some weird shit I had never seen before. A connector was broken off and my son could not find a replacement at his local hardware stores. He bought what he was hoping was a replacement online, but it was not correct. I brought the broken item home and went to Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply with it. I found the matching connector in their warehouse and picked up x2 for him. I received a call from a gentleman who was very aggressive and rude on the phone, stating that they had already given me 2 estimates, 1 year and 2 years ago, and "if I really wanted another estimate, "I guess I can give you one." He went on to tell me that their prices are $1,400 to $1,600 a stall and they are going up daily. I listened and to avoid wasting his time, I tried to tell him that, based on the off-the-cuff pricing he just gave me his bid would be about $30,000 + higher than MD Barns, Ulrich Barns, and several other companies so I would not be interested in even considering their barn that is higher priced with less bells and whistle's and warranties. But while I was speaking, he started yelling over me and told me I was a liar and that he knows his industry, and proceeded to insult me. I told him that I will definitely review his company right away to reflect my experience with his unprofessional business behavior, and disconnected the call as he was still yelling demeaning things at me. Frankly, when purchasing a barn, it's not just about the price; it's about product warranty and customer service. If this is how your business representatives act, they would be the last company I would use or recommend. Maybe you shouldn't be capitalizing on the tariffs and price gouging, and maybe build your barns in the US with quality supplies and price them in line with your competitors.
