I spoke with owner operator Chad and he was sympathetic and understanding of my concern to have to carpets cleaned ASAP. He even gave me some advice to help hold things over until he was able to come over to service our carpets. 1st of all, I can't begin to tell you what an amazing job he did with not just my mothers room but throughout our home including our stairwells inside and with our garage stairs as well (which was well tracked with dirt and grease fm the garage) Who doesn't love a deal, but I'm a firm believe that you pay for what you get.
