I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. I wait and at 3 I call to confirm. They tell me they are on the way and be here at 4:55pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way. So I wait, only to get a call at 4pm that "it's too far". I been trying to work with these idiots all day and then they tell me this? Do you have google maps? Do you advertise you serve my area? Yes and Yes but they want to hang me up ALL DAY Friday only to ditch me at the end of the day. What a terrible way to run a business. Hurtful and unprofessional. I strongly suggest anyone looking for reliable carpet cleaning services to look elsewhere. This experience is bad and really I hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of nonsense.
