I am incredibly upset with this business. I just purchased a Groupon for my 10 year wedding…read moreanniversary. I was married on 5/31/2015 so I bought a couples coupon for 5/31/2025 on Groupon. I spent $132.00 for it. I then called to schedule our couples massage and the owner/employee said "You can't use your Groupon for the weekend" and I kindly explained that this is the day of my anniversary. I then even offered to bring in the coupon and pay the remainer (full price) in cash. For a brief moment I thought she agreed to this but I was mistaken. She started throwing out dates in June ... and July .. for me to come in to use the coupon. I then said " I genuinely am just looking to schedule a massage. I don't want any trouble" because I could sense this was spinning and spiraling. She again stated the "coupon is for the weekdays only". I hung up and tried to cancel my Groupon order. I was able to cancel the order, but now I'm stuck with 'Groupon bucks' instead of getting a refund to my card. What an AWFUL 30 minutes. This was so unnecessary and I'm not going to use Groupon again. You know why? These business owners are resentful and angry at customers who buy them. If you don't want to provide the same level of service to a customer buying Groupon, then DONT CONTRACT with them. It's not fair to punish hard working and sincere people looking to save a few bucks.

They have spa music on ( which helps diminish passerbys' voices) and there are several rooms with dim lighting. I normally am massaged by two different female massage therapists. They have good pressure and technique. The massage includes oil and hot stones. The rooms and bathroom are kept clean. I feel comfortable going here for a massage.

I love a gentle massage and my feet massaged which they do very well I leave there still feeling like my feet are being rubbed.
