Everytime someone would come in the front door, a loud bell would ring, and my therapist would leave the room to go and greet them. At one point another therapist came into my massage room to discuss the issue of the overbooking with my therapist in front of me. I was offered no accommodation for the inconvenience. I do not have the opportunity to receive a massage often, and this would have been my first time receiving 90 minutes. I am very disappointed in their unprofessionalism.

So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They don't use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I can't help but feel they don't wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to 'warming' up your muscles. The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request. I have had a lash lift probably over a dozen times. This was somethin else. I got a gift card to…read morethis place which is what brought me in. They would not take an apt without my credit card number in their computer, despite the fact that I was paying with a gift card. Offered to give them that number but they would not make the apt without having my credit card number in hand. So back to the lash lift. Yikes. Never once was glue of any kind put onto my eyelids for a lash lift and tint. The procedure began with the provider placing glue strips/tabs all over my eye lids. She did not use a fan to dry down any of the solutions/serums until my eye started burning. In every other lash lift I've had, a fan is alway used to dry down the liquids. At the end of the apt, a tweezer was used to pry the glue strips off my eyelids. When she plucked my eyelid skin, she stopped trying to get anymore glue off. When I left, there was still glue adhered to my eyelids, they were dry and stiff and I could barely blink comfortably which lead me to scraping it off myself. My eyelids are red, swollen and shredded and my eyelashes are stiff. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a gift card. Regift it. Or just don't get a lash lift. They should take lash lift off the service menu.
