So we did. We ended up ordering 3 things: Carne Asada taco: 3.5-stars. Fine, but the steak definitely tasted a bit on the lower quality end. When I dressed it up with onions and salsa from the bar, things improved. Al Pastor taco: 5-stars. One of the best things I ate in Utah. No notes. A perfect taco. Cake: 1.5-stars. I don't know what these were, but they looked appealing as they sat next to the check-out counter. At the last second, I opted to grab one. I took a couple of bites and immediately regretted it. It tasted like it possibly had been sitting in that case since Christmas. I'd happily come back here again when I'm back in Utah just for that Al Pastor taco, but I'd probably opt to try a couple others too.

But holy smokes, that asada stuffed burrito saved the whole meal. The asada was ridiculously tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in a solid burrito. That one item alone made me glad I came. Overall, the place has some hits and misses.
